Good location, easy check in and out, clean room.

The property is great with all the things most people require - great beds - great internet - quiet. The only things I would improve upon (suggestion) 1. coffee makers are not environmentally friendly as the coffee bags come with a plastic holder for each serving 2. Breakfasts offer a lot of things but it is the same every day so if you are staying more than two nights it gets monotonous - would suggest other hot foods like scrambled egg cups with spinach, etc. and granola instead of highly refined cereals only 3. The hot buffet foods at 9 am are lukewarm each day - when asked if there was a microwave was told the kitchen doesn't have one out of choice. We took it back to our room to use our microwave and eat. We overall love using this hotel on our travels and it is our number one choice overall.

I really like this hotel, it's VERY clean and the staff are friendly. I love that there is no carpet! updated bathrooms and bedrooms with comfortable pillows and mattresses. And I just discovered that the hotel has EV charging! This seals the deal for me. Should be advertised? Maybe it is and I just don't see it.

I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying here again! The hotel has been updated ad remodeled with vinyl floors (way cleaner feeling!) and a couch instead of two double beds (which just creates more laundry unnecessarily). The mugs for coffee and actual glasses instead of paper and plastic were appreciated. And the art made by employees - awesome idea!

Unfortunately when the housekeepers were cleaning my mom’s room (416), they did not close the door all the way so when we returned from a family wedding at 11:30 pm, we were startled that the door was open ( we left the property at 1 pm). When I called the front desk to report the incident they told me they would review camera footage. They called my mom back and told her no one was seen going in/out of the room after housekeeping left. This incident was disturbing.

The property was nice and they accommodated our request for rooms near each other with another guest. Since we booked through ******* and we were there for a wedding, they were very hard to work with when we needed breakfast vouchers and other things since we booked through ******* and not the hotel. For this reason I may question booking through ******* for hotels in the future.

Bed was so hard and could feel all the springs. Otherwise the hotel was really nice, but it's hard to enjoy anything when you and your partner can't get enough good sleep. The weekends are packed with people from weddings, and there was a giant group of people having a party across the hall from us. Staff tried to tell them to be quiet, but they continued to party until well after 3am. Horrible sleep on those nights, and multiple calls to the front desk but they couldn't do much

Overall my stay was okay. At the time there seemed to be a large wedding party that was also onsite, and while the front desk was trying to be quick with check in, there were various times where 2 reception staff were assisting the same customer, with one just handing room keys to guests after the other checked them in, and then every so often they would also assist with check in. My check in did take a while due to the lack of urgency of the reception, but I did notice others being checked in very quick as I passed the lobby.

We were touring the area. It was a stay to celebrate my birthday. Everything was perfect. It was a pleasure to be upgraded and receive complimentary breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast could have been more exciting but no complaints.

No greetings at all. Zero hospitality. Property is nice , clean really liked it. But I don’t know the name of person who was at desk checked me in, but had no sense of customer service. My partner said him thank you, Agent showed thumb in return. Didn’t explain where room is.
