The location had not much around and out of the way, but the room and breakfast were good. Chicago has new rules about prepaid cards not being accepted for deposits but this hotel did the time I was there.

Next to Routes Car Rental-A very convenient place to stay if you rent a car.

The lady with the long hair a front desk associate was very rude I had to remind her that she works with people not to be mean like that. I asked to use the phone after my cell phone was dead and she responded very harsh on me. Yelling at me while I was giving the number that I needed to call. she was in the front desk around 10:30-11a on December 10th, 2023 until I left there. The ofher people are good. The hotel is located near warehouse and it is good if you are connecting at the airport for a brief sleep. The hotel is not a great vacation hotel. It is clean but located at the wrong site. Breakfast is good but I think they need to control the crowds it was overwhelming. Breakfast was decent and coffee was hot. The front desk lady made my entire stay no go back place. She is younger with long straight hair I did not get her name.

I have tried a few hotels in and around O'Hare airport and this hotel has got to be one of my highest rated ones. I will definitely be coming back! The bed was very comfortable and the TV entertainment options are incomparable to other hotels. the breakfast in the morning offers a wide array of options sure to please any type of traveler. The only thing I didn't like was the truly unavoidable BLAST of cold water when getting in the shower. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

We walked in after a short pleasurable shuttle bus ride… Which by the way was sitting at the curb when we walked out of the airport…great timing… It was a cold wet afternoon….we had flown from Paris….we REALLY appreciated the well stocked selection of wine, and the little single serving martinis…. The front desk team was wonderful, the room was perfect, yay for the extra pillow and blanket in the closet…. Nothing not to like if you chose to stay the night..!!

First time in Chicago. I really appreciated them doing the shuttle to and from the airport. It was very convenient. My room was very clean. I came to breakfast a bit late and wasn't super impressed with it, but other than that, it was a good experience.

The bad: Had to ask front desk 3 times over two days to change blood splattered sheet, not my blood mind you, before it was done. Maid services refused to take trash without it being scheduled on their clip board, so we left it in the hall for 2 days before picked up. Swipe cards for room, pool and entry doors don’t work well and cards needed reprogrammed multiple times to regain access. The good-ish: Complimentary bottled waters, decent continental breakfast selections & cookies.

The location is close to the airport! It is a smaller hotel in an industrial area. No restaurants or retail close to this place. The breakfast is adequate. They have free shuttles running to the airport. We would stay there again.

Check in was easy and provided good information. Directions provided upon arrival to get to the shuttle from O'hare very detailed and easy to follow. Going out the next morning, shuttle was frequent - every 15 minutes, so you don't worry about missing your flight.
