I reserved a cot a month ahead of my stay (have the message they added request to my file). I was there at 3pm (the stated check in time) and told they see the note but there was no cot upon arrival as they’re ‘first come, first serve’. I asked if Oct 21st for a November 26th stay wasn’t enough notice, but was told I should have arrived earlier. They did not even try to help or fix the issue!! As a side note, the pillows are also terrible and the king sized bed was definitely not a king size (maybe a queen, if I’m being generous). The pool is also really small and only goes to 4’6”.
