克里夫城堡娛樂場酒店(Cliff Castle Casino Hotel)

Beautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that.

Our check in time took almost 30mins. I asked the lady checking us in if they were busy she said no. I asked "then if we could we please get a room facing the mountain view". She agreed. We never got the room I asked for. There is also no luggage carts. Out fridge was broken as I need to keep my insulin cold . I told the front desk but no one really cared. They don't have microwaves. Also the food discount coupon they give you for the restaurant doesn't apply if you paid for your room with a third party. The rooms were nice and clean. But we had the view of a wall. Was disappointed for my first time staying at the hotel.

The rooms in the hotel (not the lodge) are fairly new, probably within the last 5-6 years. It is well maintained and everything works as expected. There is no room cleaning, even if requested at the front desk. I had to snag a bath towel from the attendant in the hallway since the note clearly didn't make it to the housekeeping staff. There is a wide variety of eateries here, the breakfast buffet is ok but the food tends to get old after a bit. Try the "to order" omelet station, it's as fresh as it gets. Lots of parking here on the lot as well as in the adjacent parking structure. Area is very safe and clean.

We have to ask for our room to be cleared three time in one day. Even then the room wasn’t cleaned. While working in one of the offices one of the security guards (white female) came in to say that I can’t use the room even though it wasn’t signed out or being used by anyone else. Waited until I exited the meeting room. We will never recommend or stay at this place again.

Es la segunda vez que reservo por ******* y me hacen esperar demasiado la vez pasada fueron alrededor de 20 minutos y en esta mas de media hora aun dándoles el numero de confirmación hay algún problema con la app de *******? Lo demás muy buen servicio.

Most difficult checkin experience ever. There is no place close to the hotel doors for temporary parking to load and unload. Had to park very far away. was put in 3 different rooms--one was next door to Housekeeping, which meant early noise and activity. Second room smelled of smoke. Third room was okay. In order to use a luggage after cart since the car was so far away, had to leave driver's license with desk, and return it after use. No electronic doors so getting in and out with the cart very difficult. Will never stay here again.

Beautiful room, very clean - night staff was nice - ****** is small - room walls are thick (we could hear a loud family right next to us when we were in the hallway, but not while we were in the room)

It was my husband bday weekend and we had a really good time food was good and the stay was good. Walked out with more money then when we got there so thats a plus.

The Cliff Castle ****** Hotel is a beautiful facility that is very comfortable, clean and relaxing place. The food at the buffet was wonderful for both dinner and breakfast & we hated to leave as the employees treat everyone so well.
