Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé Il est en travaux mais cela n’a pas empêcher un séjour calme et confortable La personne de l’accueil est adorable et très accueillante

I have never experienced a room that I booked being “given away”. My daughter and I drove 2.5 hours to stay at this hotel the night before her state cross country meet only to be told we didn’t have a room. It was cancelled without notice because someone else extended their stay. A room I booked weeks in advance. When I asked the woman at the desk why they didn’t call, she had no answer. She just said “it happens”. I asked her what were we supposed to do without a place to stay…she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Thankfully, another down the street is aware of this hotel doing this to other customers and they were able to book us a room. Never again. NEVER again!

Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 am when check out isnt until noon.

It was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and hospital

This hotel was not bad for the price. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The bed wasn't the worst I've slept on (we travel a lot) but it wasn't super comfortable either. All in all, for the price we paid, we were happy with our stay.

The check-in was a horrible experience, and the staff was rude.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good although my husband prefers scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs. Lol Thankyou.

Property is clean looking But to many Boats take up the parking space and not enough Handicap parking space on side & back area... And Bathroom needs Accessibility in Queen Size Rooms, was very difficulty For My Wife Especially in bathroom, dangerous for Her..

Worst place ever stafff on front desk were very rude and unprofessional. Rooms were dirty and smelled weird behind the bed, were spider webbs and dust...they charged me my deposit for the carpet being dirty and because the bed sheet had a food stain, which has never happened to me before at any stay.I tried reaching out the manager and been given the run around , called choice privileges and the same thing. . For that amount of money I paid, I expected a more comfortable stay with my family that i had not seen in over 4 months .
