Great place to stay in Oklahoma City. Facilities are new and clean!

The check-in procedure was needlessly cumbersome for multiple rooms and tired travelers; the sink had low water pressure and cracked porcelain; the food choices for breakfast were somewhat limited; tbere was no coffeemaker in my son's room. That said, the staff was excellent: Kind, patient, and helpful.

We have stayed here several times and has always been great. Things were very good this time, too.

The young lady who checked us in was very professional and helpful. The room and furnishings were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was nice Except that the door to the shower did not fit well or have proper sealing ***** at the bottom so the shower leaked badly!! The floor in front of the shower all the way to the sink area became wet and totally saturated the bathmat and second towel. No floor drain. Sunday morning breakfast was not as expected, only overly dried biscuits and bland gravy; no other hot breakfast units as advertised. Boiled eggs, yogurt and other continental items offered. We had higher expectations for this hotel as it is only 5 years old, and realize that it is a budget hotel. But it was a disappoin**ent and probably not stay there again. There are too many other options.

At about 1 am the power went out. We woke up because we were hot. Tried to turn on the lights and our phones weren’t charging. The land line was completely dead. We went to look out the door and there were no safety lights. So it was basically unsafe to try to find a way out. We called the front desk from our cell phones and there was no answer. We tried to sleep. Eventually the air came back on and I woke up with a sore throat because of the drastic temperature changes in the room all night. We didn’t sleep well. It was a very unsatisfactory stay. We called the front desk and the girl told us that she was the manager kept saying sorry but they couldn’t do a refund because it was a natural disaster (not a disaster). It was Chris**as Eve morning so we understand but they could have done something. A voucher, a coupon…something. Not having any communication or lights on the 4th floor is really an anxiety inducing experience. They need to fix that. Pretty sure it’s against a fire code as well.

Great location, close to restaurants & shopping. Located next to highway which was convenient.

Easy to get to. Close shopping and eating places. Price is good, too. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. We stay here when we visit our kids.

The staff was nice and friendly. The place was spacious and clean. Everything was great and best of all, free car charging! Make our travel much easier!
