海灘宮殿酒店 - 全包(Beach Palace - All Inclusive)

酒店工作人員很友好，食物總體來說很美味。潟湖的景色也很漂亮而且很開闊，這很好。儘管私人海域的海浪有點大，我還是可以和孩子們玩得很開心。

Depois de alguns all inclusives todos formam o conceito de que é tudo no bastantão, comida e bebida a vontade e em quantidade mas com baixa qualidade. Mas decidimos arriscar neste em Cancún. Ainda bem que arriscamos! Vários restaurantes, sendo que havia o tradicional buffet para todas as refeições no restaurante principal, mas também havia o serviço ala carte nos outros restaurantes, inclusive para o café da manhã. All inclusive para experiências gastronômicas do café da manhã até a janta, TODOS OS DIAS (não é só um jantar no restaurante X, como normalmente vendem no Brasil). Estrutura excelente. Quarto espetacular, grande, espaçoso, com uma banheira para casal e uma sacada grande com vista para aquele mar. Pra dormir de porta aberta ouvindo o barulho do mar… Espetáculo! Ótima estrutura de piscinas, bares, excelente estrutura de praia com atendimento servindo comida e bebida o dia todo. Recreação para adultos e crianças com atividades físicas e recreação em geral.

Es un buen lugar , solo que deben tener mayor estructura de comunicación , al hacer check in me dijeron que podía comer , pero no me indicaron que incluía mi reserva , los restaurantes , la normativa general , tenía q estar recordando el aseo a la habitación así como que me surtieran el bar , y tenía entendido que incluía mi paquete. Su personal es extremadamente amable y atentos , viaje con un bebé y siempre tuvieron la disponibilidad de ayudarme con el Tema de la comida y todo lo que necesitaba , si lo Recomiendo y sin duda volvería

Heel fijn hotel. Kamer was heel fijn en bij een melding over het bed hebben ze het matras omgeruild, echt top! Het eten was erg goed en met 5 restaurants waaronder een buffet ook erg gevarieerd. Wij zijn met 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 daar verbleven en ondanks dat de playroom niet echt op hun leeftijd is ingesteld hebben ze zich prima vermaakt. Al met al een top vakantie!

Todo excelente. Desde la recepcion hasta nuestra salida. Los alimentos de primer nivel, es un todo incluido y la variedad, calidad de los alimentos y bebidas me sorprendieron gratamente. Muy recomendable. El servicio 24 horas a la habitacion de primera. La cena de fin de año muy bien servida y con un show de primer nivel. Muchas fellicidades. Las instalaciones de primer nivel. Siempre hay ccomida y bebidas disponibles.

The location is good, walkable distances to shopping malls. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Room is spacious and nice size balcony and pretty view. The bathroom is small in comparison and a little dated. There are daily activities and entertainment for guests which is nice. The food is good in general except for the Japanese restaurant Momo. The service was extremely slow and chaotic. The food wasn’t that good. The beach and pool are very well maintained. The entertainment staff are very friendly, shoutout to Alexander for doing a fantastic job! They have 4 elevators but it’s still very slow and there are no AC inside the elevator. Overall it’s still a good deal for the price, will recommend to others.

If you like to deal with sales person during your relaxed vacation, this hotel is your best option, all different level sales pushed so hard to sell you membership, even we checked out, still one sales tried to sell a package. Also, as an all-inclusive resort, food is not good. Staffs in the buffet restaurant seemed only collecting the dirty dishes and no other service.
