房間變了，磁磚壞了，還有霉味。 工作人員很累而且不樂於助人。

飯店看起來不錯，瑪雅主題，唯一不喜歡的是女傭不尊重個人隱私。 並且在未經客人同意的情況下打開房間。

El lugar ha decaído, no le dan mantenimiento y eso lo puede uno observar en el mobiliario. Inverosímil que no puedan pagar al personal en día FESTIVO, para tan solo acomodar las camas. ¡Estoy en un hotel, no un AIRB&B! El colmo, la misma noche me encuentro una cucaracha en la cama. El elevador es de terror, en algún momento se va a caer o por lo menos quedar alguien atrapado, y los 9 días vi la misma mancha de alguien que derramó algún liquido en el elevador, una evidente falta de limpieza. La ubicación es buena, pero hay otros hoteles que vi mejor. No me funcionó el control del aire, la televisión aun es de cañón, las toallas ya están en las últimas. No le han hecho nada desde hace 5 años que estuve. Lo han dejado caer. El personal es super, super amable, pero poco se puede rescatar con el mobiliario e inmueble.

Hotel con muy buena ubicaciòn si tu plan es ir a conocer otros lugares cerca de Cancùn, queda la estaciòn ADO (caminando) , el puerto para tomar el ferry a Isla Mujeres cerca (puedes tomar un urbano a una cuadra del hotel) ,parque las palapas a la vuelta, mercado 28 caminando. El desayuno es bueno y el temazcal artificial que hay en el Spa. Hotel ok si vas en plan austero.

The location was excellent if you know how to use public transportation. We did, so we got to wherever we wanted to go in Cancun for less than a dollar. No blankets on bed and only sheets. Difficult when sharing a bed. The pool bar claimed the internet was down so wanted me to pay cash. I refused and told them to charge it to my room. Magically the internet was back up in about 10 minutes, which by the way, during the same 10 minutes, the front desk was up and running.and having no problems processing cards. This is becoming way to common in Mexico. If the business does not want to pay the credi card fee, then dont accept them. The front desk was always helpful. No problems there. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast at a lower cost than neighboring restaurants. No problems there. It was still a good experience but no having blankets is reason enough for me to not return unless I packed my own, which I wont do. If this does not bother you, then it is a hood deal with access to public transportation and restaurants, entertainment, and markets. Great location!

The staff was pleasant and professional. There are also many restaurants within walking distance which was needed. However, the photos of the hotel are from better days. The only air conditioning was in the room so checking in and walking to the room was a pretty hot process. Before the evening was done I had booked at another hotel which was fully air conditioned for about the same money. In truth the hotel were I re-booked was dealing with construction right in front of the hotel so that may have benefited me.
