Posto davvero sporco! I ragazzi della reception sono stati molto carini e disponibili, il problema vero è la gestione delle pulizie dell’hotel. Sono andato con un mio amico e ognuno ha preso una stanza, entrambe molto sporche. Asciugamani e lenzuola, gialle e macchiate. Non lo consiglio se ci tenete all’igiene!

The property calls itself a hotel and the staff consider themselves professional Four rooms we paid for were all tired rather dirty and dingy . Bathrooms were unhealthy filthy and desperately in need of refurbing If you do decide to use this dump watch out for the staff . They continually try and con you by changing prices on a daily basis also adding rupees to your food bill drinks bill and even your breakfast bill. We were a party of 8 and we all at various times of our stay were privy to their fraudulent behaviour. Never again . Give it a go if your brave enough

Apart from the reception area, this Hotel is in need of a total update. The showers are dirty and covered in mould. The Bedspread Valance are dirty, stained and smelly. Dont be fooled by the photos of the pool area - The sunbed canopies are old, discoloured and have been repaired so many times. The tiles around the pool are dropping off with loads missing and the tiles inside the pool where cracked and missing. The water scum line has not been cleaned in so long, i work in a swimming pool so could see the grease/body fat. Only saw the cleaners clearing out the dead bugs once in 10 days. The staff are really nice and friendly but that does not make up for the rest of the place. Would not stay there ever again.

It was very good experience to stay here..Everything is reachable from here..both airports and beaches..breakfast is good...Staff behavior is good...Special thanks reception staff Sweaden and William both are humble.Even after checkout they helped with everything. Thanks again.

I visited this hotel for 3 weeks in January with my husband and another couple. Hotel staff fantastic. Hotel a little tired and in need of a deep clean. On leaving I asked reception would it be possible to leave a bag of my belongings to be used on my return trip in March with friends. They were very helpful, telling me it would be stored in a locker. I left a clothes steamer and 4 bottles of expensive sun lotions. When I returned in March, they could not find it and told me it was stored in lost properly and as I had given it them in a bin liner it had been thrown away. It was handed to them in a carrier bag. Ok mistakes happen I let it slide. We arrived on a Tuesday am. On the Wednesday we returned to the room and my friend noticed her zips on her bag were open and a coin bag with 20 £1 coins was empty. We had left 500rps on the bed for the cleaner. I didn't report it to reception because of the altercation I had over my bag of belongings and also didn't want to get the wrong person into trouble. We decided to make managent aware on checking out, however when I asked for a feedback form there wasn't any available. I was told to go on trip advisor. It's very sad that the minority let this hotel down. The majority of staff are excellent and go above and beyond to please. Lock up anything of value!

This was my first visit to Goa with my wife. Had an amazing experience. The front office and the housekeeping stuff was very hospitable. Amazing facts:- 1. The hotel has an infinity pool at the rooftop. 2. They give a flat 20% discount on the foods and drinks at their own shack.

Had a great time at the serenity .The staff were excellent. So welcoming, and pleasant.and always up for a laugh.a special thank you for my indian Prince.keep being you.the infinity pool on the roof was fab,and served lovely food.the breakfast also was delicious. Especially the omelette and the real coffee!

First trip to Goa and a little nervous about staying on own in a hotel for first time. Picked this hotel as located near friends hotel. From the moment I was greeted at the door, I felt completely at ease. Staff exceptional, reception staff (Sweeden, William and Snehe) always ready to help, Michael at breakfast and Raj who looked after me the two weeks. Rooms are clean, fresh towels and water replaced daily. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be returning. Thank you all at Silver Sands Serenity

We stayed as a family of five split between rooms facing each other which was great. Rooms cleaned, Towels changed & water topped up daily.You can either use the bath or the double headed shower which suited us as very powerful. Hotel staff which I won’t name individually as they all do their upmost to make your stay comfortable, if you ask for anything they will do it immediately. Swimming Pool on the top of the Hotel is nice to watch the Sunset with a cool beer from the roof top bar, fresh bed towels are provided. Breakfast is a large selection of fruits, breads, omelettes, cereals etc, all cooked to your liking. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times in the evening as it was really nice, especially watching the Sport. I recommend the Steak. The whole place is very clean and safe, the staff work in rhythm with each other, I would book again which I already have for next year.

Second stay at serenity, Sweden and all the team are the most friendliest and helpful of staff ,nothing is to much trouble, hotel is in a good central position in candolim, rooms comfortable, pool area on rooftop good. As with various hotels in goa maybe not upto European standards,however we will be definitely staying here again, from kitchen staff to management 5 star service, they are all genuinely happy to help in everyway. Had a wonderful stay in this lovely friendly hotel , the rooms were kept beautifully clean and towels and bed linen changed every day ! The staff were all so lovely friendly and helpful too . The hotel is in an ideal location with everything you need close at hand the beach is only a 10 minute walk away , I would definitely recommend a stay here !

Having a great time here. Have stayed here a few times now and always enjoyed our holiday. Great location for beach and shops with all the facilities you would want. Rooftop pool with bar is great to relax and watch the sun set. Breakfast is good with friendly staff who look after you. Room service is also available and very reasonable. As always in India the staff here are fantastic making your stay easy and comfortable. William & Sweden really helped me with everything I needed and were very professional. Recommend you stay here if you want the facilities of a hotel as smaller resorts are good but lack services. Good choice and budget friendly giving you freedom to explore Goa.

Service , food , rooms are very nicely presented. We came for a business trip and this was an amazing place to have our holiday. All over had a great stay and Goa is such a heavenly place to relax your self ☺️ Looking forward to visit here again,....
