Posto davvero sporco! I ragazzi della reception sono stati molto carini e disponibili, il problema vero è la gestione delle pulizie dell’hotel. Sono andato con un mio amico e ognuno ha preso una stanza, entrambe molto sporche. Asciugamani e lenzuola, gialle e macchiate. Non lo consiglio se ci tenete all’igiene!

Относим себя к непритязательным туристам, закрываем глаза на многое ,чтобы радоваться отдыху. Но НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ совсем.. При заселении оплату номера взяли по старой завышенной брони, на порядок выше. Мы Не стали спорить, портить отдых. Дальше-больше ... Бассейн не работал,хотя мы специально брали, зная как в море сейчас штормит. Все время на 1 этаже был ремонт, работали отбойным молотком. В отеле большая слышимость, работающие телевизоры у соседей. Лифт центральный не работал , приходилось идти вокруг использовать лифт, рядом со служебными помещениями. Тараканы в номере вылезли сразу , пришлось поработать тапками ))). У нас был ранний вылет в 3-00. Попросили ланч с собой, как полагается в такой ситуации. Куски хлеба с нарезанными овощами ждал нас при выезде )))) Ребята ,ну нельзя так, надо ценить клиентов. При обращении на ресепшн, не пучить глаза и удивлённо смотреть,а помогать. У знакомой заселившейся был юбилей, реакции ноль. Мы попросили сделать маленький сюрприз от отеля, как это принято в отелях мира. Украсить комнату, принести кусок торта со свечой и тд. Персонал согласился и ничего не сделал)))) Откровенное пренебрежение Фото прилагаю

Fantastic hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff nothing was too much and everything you need for the perfect stay is here

Just want to mention the staff on floor 3 who were so lovely helpful efficient and absolute ambassadors of the hotel.

Hotel was very clean, rooms adequate for short stays. Staff in all departments were very polite and efficient. Hotel was well placed and set back from the road so that road noise wasn’t a problem. The outdoor pool was a welcome relief from non beach days. Would like to see a few more sunbeds / shaded areas. The hotel bar had entertainment on twice a week. Drinks and food within the hotel were well priced and generous. Luckily we had a room with a balcony facing the road. So we could watch the sun go down prior to going out for the evening. We had wonderful time there ❤️ Friendly staff, brilliant food 👌 😋 professional chef 👨‍🍳 whatever we ask they cooked for us . Michael, Anthony, Junaid and Khan doing amazing job. Manager Praladh is wonderful *** and a good Singer as well. Throughout our trip he lookaftered us . In nut shell hotel is amazing, with brilliant staff 👏. Definitely will go again .

We stayed here for 11 nights in January and I wanted to add a review because there aren’t many recent ones. I personally like to read reviews before I travel especially if I’ve not stayed at a hotel before. I’d been monitoring this hotels reviews since the end of last season and thought there wasn’t much being added. We were especially worried about the safety of our stuff after reading a few of the reviews where things had gone missing/stolen from rooms. I’m pleased to say our valuables were safe whilst we were staying here and didn’t hear of any guests having stuff go missing. Overall we had a great holiday here. We booked a junior suite with balcony. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The view from the balcony looked out over a few shops and into the distance. There was a pile of rubbish just across the road which wasn’t the nicest thing to look at but we got used to it. Rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels left and 4 bottles of water are provided each time. The shower was always hot and the bed was huge and comfy. As mentioned in other reviews there are broken tiles everywhere and paint peeling off the walls. There’s dust here and there and we had a shower over a bath - the bath was discoloured and looked tatty and dirty but it was actually clean. It felt like it could give way at any time when stood in it but it didn’t! None of that spoilt our holiday but if this kind of thing would affect your stay I’d honestly suggest staying somewhere else because as far as I’m aware all rooms here are pretty much the same albeit the view from balcony’s will differ. The staff who work here are so lovely and gracious. They’d do anything for you and are polite and attentive. A big thanks to Khan and his team in the bar, breakfast room and poolside bar who are on hand to help with anything you need. A special shout out to Junaid and the other waiter in The Bazaar restaurant/bar (sorry I can’t remember your name!). They work so hard over long days and always greet you with a big smile and like to chat and get to know you. There’s a wide selection of drinks and food available in the restaurant, by the pool or as room service. We ate in the hotel a couple of times and found the food to be delicious and not at all expensive. Whilst we were there we were getting 118 rupees to the pound and as an example a bottle of kingfisher is 150 rupees. Vodka, gin, honeybee was 100 rupees and if you fancy a cocktail they range from 300-400 rupees in the bar. A starter is apx 200 rupees and a main apx 350. There’s entertainment on a few nights a week in the bar and it’s a great spot for people watching if you like that kind of thing. We met some lovely people staying at this hotel it’s a nice place to stay. Breakfast is good there’s always juices, fruit, toast, cereals and eggs anyway you want them made fresh to order. Stayed here for 4 weeks over Xmas and new year. Great staff with special mentions to Khan, Allen, Miran and rest of breakfast and bar staff. Very attentive and hard working. Reception staff dealt with any problems (although minor) very quickly and with big smiles. Always very welcoming. Pool area gets busy as others from external hotels come to use but not excessive and no problems for us. Location great but quite busy road to cross which you get used to very quickly. Rooms cleaned daily and great value for money.

We arrived 17th December to the silver sands serenity (2 couples) hotel was ok, staff at breakfast and in the bar were very attentive, we were out at the beach most of the day and then went out at night for food, all was going well until I discovered my safe open and £170 was missing, I hadn’t been in the safe for 2 days as had cashed enough money, hotel apparently done an investigation but nothing came of it, reported to TuI rep. After speaking to others at the hotel it became apparent there is an issue, others thought they were missing money as well

Attentive staff clean rooms great pool

Stayed for a few days in February. Enjoyed it so much, we decided to stay a few extra weeks. The room was very comfy with good views. The breakfast was always good, and they would often provide you with extra bacon and various egg dishes if you required them. There was a gym that I used daily and was well-equipped. The TV has an HDMI socket, so I was able to plug in my computer and watch UK TV. The infinity pool was excellent and there were great views from the top of the hotel. The road outside was very busy but manageable. We hope to return here next year.

The property calls itself a hotel and the staff consider themselves professional Four rooms we paid for were all tired rather dirty and dingy . Bathrooms were unhealthy filthy and desperately in need of refurbing If you do decide to use this dump watch out for the staff . They continually try and con you by changing prices on a daily basis also adding rupees to your food bill drinks bill and even your breakfast bill. We were a party of 8 and we all at various times of our stay were privy to their fraudulent behaviour. Never again . Give it a go if your brave enough
