Posto davvero sporco! I ragazzi della reception sono stati molto carini e disponibili, il problema vero è la gestione delle pulizie dell’hotel. Sono andato con un mio amico e ognuno ha preso una stanza, entrambe molto sporche. Asciugamani e lenzuola, gialle e macchiate. Non lo consiglio se ci tenete all’igiene!

I don't know where to start the rooms and the restaurant are filthy, the food served at breakfast was disgusting the bread was all dried up and that hard it was curled up at the corners and that's before it goes in the toaster the sandwiches were the same and the cakes everything in the sunny window all dried up, the fruit had flies on, the only coffee machine they had broke down so they said we have to have pkts of coffee and dried milk sachets that had gone all lumpy, the staff weren't even bothered about any of the issues, the manager promised us a better room and we never got it then when he saw us he hid in the gym to avoid us after lying to us, the general manager was even worse, he didn't care either, we were there for a month and instead of eating the breakfast in the dirty restaurant we had to go out and pay for breakfast every morning for the full month they didn't even apologise or refund the money for the breakfasts. The bathroom was disgusting and filthy. Then one day whilst we were out for the day the manager sent someone into our room to paint a couple of walls in the room that were filthy, this was done without our permission which is not allowed, so we reported it to the general manager and he lied to us also, just like the other manager, he said it had not been painted just wiped clean with a damp cloth, so I showed him the photo's of before with the holes in the wall and bare white plaster showing then the photos of after with the holes painted over in brown paint, he still denied it and said the white bits on the photo were bits of paper stuck on the wall, we couldn't believe our ears, lots of other people in the hotel had the same issues with dirty rooms and awful food , we heard a few people complaining, these managers haven't got a clue how to run a hotel and just look at you and don't know what to say, they also are clueless when it comes to cleaning I can't believe this hotel is still open it should be closed down, even the staff on reception aren't friendly and never smile, We stayed for 4 weeks and never stayed in the hotel only used it for sleeping. Also the awful view from our balcony was like looking at a rubbish tip.

Stayed there overnight with group of friends on a weekend tour to Goa.. Basic hotel with all amenities.. rooms are decent with a small balcony.. There is a restaurant called bazaar which offers decent food.. Location is on the heart of city with close proximity to the beach.. Overall a good stay at an affordable price

Nice location, nice ambience, good staff. Good services. Got a very warm greetings and special attention by the GM Mr. Kamalkant Prabhu. He was very professional and was very kind enough to talk and behave. Thanks... A very good experience. They have maintained cleanliness and healthy environment. We will visit again for sure. The room was modern and very clean with good air con. safe, fridge and TV. The highlight of staying here was the roof top pool with stunning views. The hotel is well positioned in this busy location. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard.

Loved the hotel staff where very friendly and helpful nice manners rooms and courteous cleaned every day with towel change room boys kamol and Manish were lovely breakfast was fine l would definitely recommend this hotel and.would come again

The hotel was excellent. All the staff are so friendly and happy. Fantastic location, rooms cleaned every day ..The house keeper's are very helpful specially Masmash,kamal,jati,.we were very pleased when we changed rooms yet again the staff very helpful.....

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and arrived on 13 Feb 24. A great location with all you could need to make this a perfect choice of venue from which to enjoy your holiday. The breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared - the ability to order any type of eggs was particularly good. Rhe staff in all parts of the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful. The gym was well equipped and maintained. The room ( we were in a junior suite) was cleaned to a very high standard everyday with fresh towels and had all the amenities needed including iron and fridge. Bottled waters provided daily. The rooftop Pool was beautiful albeit we didn’t go up there often - preferring to take the short walk to the beach every day where there was a welcomed breeze. Having travelled to Goa and stayed in many hotels within Candolim And Calangute over the past 30 years I would say this is one of the best for location, staff hospitality and cleanliness!

The room was cleaned every day and clean towels every day. Bottled water in room every day. Rooftop pool was a nice added bonus quiet and peaceful to say main road 100 metre away. Good location for candolim beach road. Reception staff helped with booking taxi for airport. Breakfast was adequate toast and eggs any style you want bacon cooked to order

had a great time at this hotel. Really lovely location beautiful facilities rooms were cleaned every day to a really high standard comfortable beds. Safe balcony. Amazing pool on the roof and the boys in the bar and on reception was so so lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough, just like to say thank you from Tony in London will be back next year, I’m really looking forward to a lovely stay at silver sandw serenity it was the best place I stayed in Candolim

We stayed at Silver Sands Serenity for two weeks in January this year. Having stayed in various hotels in Candolim, I can say this is one of the better ones. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. The breakfast was adequate, something for everyone. We had problems with our visa paperwork and the hotel staff could'nt of been more helpful. A big thank you to BASIRA on the reception and PRADHU the General Manager. I would definiately recommend this hotel.

Our friend was unfortunately admitted to hospital while we were there, The general manager Kamalakant Prabhu Salgoakar was excellent as were the staff when this happened, he took our friend and his wife to the hospital in his own car, and when we had to come home he and the staff were very helpful to his wife with everything they could, in my view excellent service especially for his wife during a very stressful period. Our thanks to him and staff members.
