阿爾託別墅精品酒店(Villa Alto Boutique Hotel)

Die Unterkunft ist einfach fantastisch. Direkt wenn man auf den Parkplatz fährt sieht man eine tolle Sitzmöglichkeit unter einem Pavillon, die abends schön beleuchtet ist. Hier man eine gute Sicht bis zum Meer. Das Gebäude an sich bietet super viel. Vom Zimmer aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den Pool und der Wintergarten in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird ist einfach ein Traum! Vor unserem Balkon war ein riesen Avocadobaum und die geernteten Avocados gab es morgens zum Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn jemand eine Unterkunft mit besonderem flair haben möchte.

Für Rucksacktouristen, bestens für einen Kurztrip geeignet. Die Anfahrt mit dem Mietauto sehr anspruchsvoll. Dafür lohnt der Ausblick. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich. Die Anlage hat ihren Charme. Leider wirkt alles etwas abgenutzt, es fehlt an kontinuierlicher Investition. Unser Zimmer war leider kalt, dunkel, trist und wirklich nicht einladend. Wir haben uns nach zwei Tagen spontan eine andere Unterkunft im Ort gesucht, unsere Buchung dafür in den Sand gesetzt. Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt, zumal wir andere Unterkünfte in Madeira besucht haben. Z. B. ist das Essen im Ritz, Funchal günstiger als in der Villa Alto. Wer ein schönes Boutique Hotel sucht, ebenfalls in schöner Lage mit tollem Ausblick sollte sich in Calheta umsehen, unweit entfernt.

O hotel é um edifício bonito que possui várias zonas interiores e exteriores de que podemos usufruir com toda a liberdade. O pessoal é muito atencioso e a limpeza é muito boa. O nosso quarto tinha uma casa de banho muito boa e espaçosa, cheia de luz natural. A vista das janelas do quarto era excelente. O pequeno-almoço é abundante e variado. A piscina apanha sol toda a manhã. Muito bom! Para lá chegarmos usámos o google maps, mas seguimos sempre a excelente sinalização que o hotel foi colocando nas zonas em que o google nos manda sair. Foi uma excelente opção. O caminho das placas informativas do hotel é muito melhor do que o do google maps. Melhores estradas e mais seguras. Quanto a mim, no quarto, deveria haver mais tomadas para carregar telemóveis, tablets, powerbanks e pcs. Recomendo a estadia para quem gosta de um espaço calmo, bucólico, mas próximo de todas as atrações mais urbanas.

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum! Das Hotel ist mir liebevollen Details hergerichtet, sowohl auf den Zimmern als auch im Gemeinschafts- und Außenbereich. Die süßen Katzen und das leckere Frühstück waren aber unser Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons trouvé à la Villa Alto Boutique Hôtel, tout ce que nous recherchions : authentique villa d’époque et son empreinte 19eme, ceinte de son jardin exotique et sa vue exceptionnelle sur la colline et l’océan, calme, sérénité…. Différents lieux à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, sont aménagés pour s’imprégner des lieux. Merci au personnel très attentionné, et pour les délicieux dîners réconfortants ! Pour nous, tout était parfait, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour ressourçant !

Hébergement très charmant, nous avons passé un super moment. Mention spéciale pour la vue superbe et l’accueil très chaleureux de Samantha ! Le petit déjeuner est fait maison ce qui est très appréciable et il est possible de dîner sur place (option végétarienne, poisson ou viande). L’idée est de se sentir comme à la maison et c’est plutôt réussi ! Quelques points à améliorer cependant comme la propreté des chambres ou encore la literie vieillissante.

The location is amazingly located with beautiful views. For the rainy days it is super comfy to just hangout in the beautiful house and it's spacious living room. The fact is has to be absolutely highlighted!! The breakfast and dinner ist outstanding quality and for the prices just incomparable. The stuff is super nice and supportive. A perfect hide away experience! Thank you!

Boutique hotel sounded like a good idea until we had to take an extremely dangerous road to reach the place with very limited parking spots. Our room did not have Air conditioning, not even a fan and the room was very warm. Opening the window connected you with the noisy road right at the window and leaving you completely exposed to anyone climbing in the room through the window. The front desk lady was rude, and did not even offer any accommodations to make our stay bearable and so we had to leave and book another hotel. If you want to go for a very steep adventure, risk not having a parking and sleeping in a room with no ventilation, air conditioning or a fan the this might be your place.
