康城克魯瓦塞特尊享公寓酒店(Cannes Croisette Prestige Apart'Hotel)

The apar**ent was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

Appartamento molto bello, ben collegato con le strutture principali e poco distante dal parcheggio multi piano. La location è davvero graziosa e pulita. Il personale della struttura e reception davvero cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato

We stayed in a 4 bed duplex appt . The location is very good as it’s just off rue antibes which is the main shopping street in cannes with lots of lovely shops etc & lovely side roads off with a huge selection of restaurants, bakeries etc . It’s only a 5 min walk down to the seafront . Security is good and their are shutters to use on the windows . There is some noise at night because it is a busy area with people . The apar**ent itself was a decent size and has good natural light but it is dated. From the colour scheme to the furniture and the bedspreads & the kitchen and bathroom it all felt like it hasn’t been touched in the last 25 years . It is perfectly all usable and functional however . The carpet is so worn on the upstairs hallway that you can’t make out what the original carpet pattern would have been . The original air conditioning system has stopped working so the rooms all have individual air conditioning units . They work very effectively but they are noisy & you couldn’t sleep with them on . Also because they need hoses going outside the windows , the small gap means you do hear more noise especially at night . The apar**ent could be fantastic if it was gutted & completely refurbished and the original air conditioning system fixed and the noisy ugly units currently there were taken away . In summary it’s perfectly usable, the bed linen was spotless etc but it’s current rating is more like a 3 star because of its presentation.

Pour affaire au festival du jeu plusieurs membres présents tous satisfait du séjour et de cet Hôtel qui est super et personnel super sympa. Par contre pas du tout satisfait du service d'Hôtel.com vu qu'on demande une facture depuis belle lurette et qu'il est pratiquement impossible d'en avoir une!

The location is great BUT no central AC which was hidden in emails they send us. Only a manual AC with a very loud noise. Internet did not work and took us a day to connect and then the speed was so low you could not do much. We got there after 6 pm and they did not tell us that our room is in the backside and we were trying to figure out how to get in. I had to activate my international phone to call them and figure out how we can go inside the building. We only stayed one night and left to another hotel for the rest of our trip. The parking nearby they use is great but we could park ourselves and would have been cheaper instead of going through them, the hotel charge you more money for the parking!!

We stayed 2 nights. 2 bedroom + a sofa bed in living room. We are a family with 3 kids. The room layout is very good and spacious. Kitchen is practical for simple cooking. Location is excellent with endless restaurant and shopping choices. They offered a parking space with about 5 minutes walking. Apar**ent itself is quiet and stylish. Good choice for family

Excellent welcome and customer care. Very good location on rue d'Antibes. The apar**ent is well furnished, comfortable, with daily cleaning service.

Tres bon accueil dès l'arrivée. L'appartement de deux chambres est spacieux, en parfait état, très propre. La literie est de qualité et tout est fourni (peignoirs, chaussons, produits d'accueil). Emplacement ideal sur la rue d'Antibes à 2mns de la Croisette et 5mn à pieds du Palais des festivals.
