Pool wasn’t filtered, low pressure, and clumps of hair floating. Required a deposit after paid in full and the refused to refund entire deposit. Claimed a pillow was missing. Manager was loud and nasty refused to speak and owner refused to return call. Refused to check video footage to show I never walked out with their pillow. Questionable stain on the couch, I didn’t have a black light to examine, broken handles on dresser drawer. Would not stay there again. Dealing with Choice Hotels has been a nightmare, boycotting Choice Hotels because of this.

No room service Thermostats and HVAC not working Mold spores on curtains We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new ones. They wouldn’t give us any extra towels We bought our own toilet tissue at Walmart, refused to keep asking for supplies Breakfast food was not very appealing or appetizing

I never tried the food , was not open. As a person staying for 1 night and trying to get home after trip from Florida you would expect to leave early and not wait for staff to wake up behind the counter and have the coffee on. The poor rating is also the comforters look like hell, The cotton is bunched up in piles. It looks like there is something under them, as a body.

Only issues i had was the ice machines on the 4th floors was not working and housekeeping cleaned every couple of days due to them being short staffed but in their defense, they will pick up the trash and dirty linens on request. But check in was quick, the hotel was quiet and in a good location close to the interstate.Their breakfast is 7 to 9 am, typical continental variety and have a small little market for late night snacks. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good on the wallet.

We spent three nights here and I would not stay here again. It's not that this property is just that bad, but it was the stuff that you don't see in the pictures that got me. I'm from Florida and hospitality is huge for us in the south. When I checked in, the woman who checked us in was pleasant. Throughout the course of my stay, I only saw the woman who checked me in. Not really sure if she was the only employee or the owner, kinda bummed not to interact with someone more personable than her. I was shocked to see ************* in the lobby, not used to that sort of thing. Gave off a Vegas vibe. On my way to the elevator I noticed that the indoor pool that I was stoked about, had some murky water in it. At my first thought, I figured it was due to it being heated, but after some research it needed a shock. They also did not offer housekeeping for stay overs, which was cool with me. The hotel is definitely showing it's age. There were several pieces of the boards around the door missing and you could not enter through the side doors of the hotel, just exit. That was painful because I parked within sight of my window. The free breakfast was decent. Not the best, but definitely better than spending $20+ for the family at McDonalds each day. They did have a nice selection of snacks and drinks for purchase. A little further away from Pittsburgh than expected. Overall not a terrible experience for the price I paid. 5.5 out of 10.

I think there was only one person that worked there and she was new. Noone stated that for a full 4 night stay, you could not get any housekeeping and if you wanted towels, etc, you had to go downstairs to get them. There is a sign above the door stating that the free breakfast is from 6-9:30 am. but there is another sign taped to the door stating that it open 7-9am. I went there at 9:15 and it was closed. It had a fitness room, but all of the fitness equipment stated out of order on them. And I guess that there was a problem with the communications room because the room was open for anyone to screw up.

The front desk attendant couldn't speak English well and billed the wrong card after i explained what I was trying to do. The staircase was dirty and our bathroom had a huge hole(they tried to patch) in the ceiling and wall was falling apart. It was NOT worth the money!

This hotel is clean and quiet. The check-in process was easy. The breakfast was a bit disappointing from a quality perspective, but not a big deal if you aren't staying someplace for their breakfast.

The room was nice and clean.No staff EVER at the front desk. The dining area in the morning after some people had eaten breakfast was a total mess: eating and serving tables not clean, garbage filled containers; gentleman asked for more syrup for waffles and she brings container and she slaps the lid on the top crookedly and walks away.
