Nice place for visiting Canterbury! The breakfast is great, a good way to start the day!!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. I'm a housekeeper and I've stayed in many places around the world. This hotel is very clean and the rooms and beds are extremely comfy. The staff here make the place. They are all friendly, chatty and helpful. They remember who you are and they feel like family. We stayed 2 nights for an army funeral at Canterbury cathedral and everything was fantastic. The breakfast was really good and hot. All the containers were refilled constantly. The coffee was delicious. We ate here on 1 evening and the food was exceptional. It was hot and of a reasonable price too. You have to pay £3 a day to park but we didn't find that expensive. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and if we are ever back in Canterbury I'd 100% come back.

The staff of this hotel is just the best, so helpful, caring and friendly. Nothing ever seemed too much bother and they constantly offered help and assistance and remembered our circumstances. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The traffic on the busy road outside was hardly noticeable and didn’t bother us at all. We could have done with a little bit more storage space as we were there for 8 nights but if a room is booked for transit to and from Europe (as most people surely do) it probably doesn’t matter. Breakfast was very good, all food containers were constantly refilled with freshly cooked or prepared items. Coffee was excellent, as was the orange juice which often I don’t drink in hotels when I find it’s only sugar water. We had dinner there twice and the food was excellent.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is a little tricky, right on the highway. They charge for parking, which makes no sense as they are not in town. Breakfast was good. Definitely not the nicest HIE that I’ve been to. Pretty convenient to a park-n-ride, which is definitely the easiest and cheapest way to tour the town.

Very pleasant 2 night stay, a little cramped in the room with a sofa bed for our boys, but room and hotel were very clean. Great breakfast with attentive and friendly staff, including the manager. Great base for Canterbury, we also visited Whitstable around 30 mins and Leeds castle around 30 mins

Just like any other holiday Inn hotel , but have just participated in a survey which was fixed .. they gave the hotel a score which was higher than I wanted to give them. Are they that desperate now for good reviews . As I said to the staff I only use these holels when I have to . The rip the back side out of you during the summer on prices and then expect you to be loyal over the winter. Have found so many better hotels that look after you all year long and the pricing in constant. Off a free beer after they charge you an £ 30/40 a night to say wousl say would be a minimum 😂😂

Easy location for exploring Dover and Canterbury area right off the highway. Staff were very kind and care about your experience and kept asking how they can help. The free breakfast was amazing and so many options. The room was clean and large and we slept really well. You do have to pay 3 pounds for parking.

I brought my elderly mum for a weekend visiting Whistable and Canterbury - the hotel staff are lovely - they changed our room so it was more accessible. The food is really good and the customer service is excellent 👍. They're really adaptable for families with young children and elderly people.

I stayed here for 3 days and it was glorious. The manager greeted me on arrival, asking if I had had a good journey. I was immediately aware that reception was beautiful and clean. I was shown to the room where I was teaching and it was lovely and bright, clean and all ready for my delegates. Fresh cold water, tea, coffee was all there. My room was brilliant. Spacious, the bed super comfy ( I could have lived in that bed!), pillows so so fluffy. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was impressive. I was worried as I forgot my sleep band but even though my room was near the A2, I had a really good sleep and woke up refreshed. Dinner was delicious, fresh, lovely flavour and honestly the staff could not do enough for me. Breakfast was a joy. Hot cooked food, cereals, tea, coffee etc….. Each and every member of staff were polite, friendly, respectful and extremely professional. I sincerely hope I return here in the future. It was a complete joy to stay here.
