After a long journey due to traffic problems we arrived at the Canwick, Premier Inn quite late and tired but we received a warm welcome with the checking in going as smooth as silk. It was just what we needed after a long journey. Our Premiere plus room was spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed like a fabulous shower, coffee machine, fridge and WiFi that all worked well, it is what it says 'Premier Plus'. Being too late to go out we settled for the full meal deal which turned out to be great value for money, the quality of food was as good as any 5 star hotel. The staff in the hotel were all pleasant and very helpful. However, a special mention must go to Lilly, Susie our waitresses and Ian the manager of the Beefeater next door to the Inn for making our experience perfect. Thank you all so much. Went for a night out on Friday but the city centre was fully booked so we all ended up here which was a more pleasant stay then I thought. Although the building looks very dated on the outside you can tell the team take good care of the place. I am writing this as they also gave me a toothbrush as I forgot mine.:)

I have stayed here several times with my husband and my little daughter. On this occasion the hotel team had setup a tombola in reception for the Easter holidays. This was a very nice and thoughtful idea. As always reception team are very nice and chatty and was really happy when they actually recognized us

Nice cozy and very clean hotel on the outskirts of lincoln. My girlfriend really enjoyed the cleanliness of the place however we both agreed that the furniture looks generally dated. Free parking is a welcomed bonus and now we can charge our tesla on site finally!!

Grubby sums it up Food in the evening was less than adequate bearing in mind this is a Beefeater the steaks were poor There is a small village nearby with 2 pubs and a restaurant go there You now have to request your room to be cleaned if staying for a 2nd as if this is an extra they provide when this should be the least you have in an hotel

no food on site due to restaurant closure not adequate replacement laid on continental breakfast very ordinary not replenished tea and coffee. Cold and mugs were broken and chipped. Wouldn’t be staying here again

Stayed at this hotel as visiting family in Lincoln and wanted to be close to the city centre. We didn’t eat at this hotel as the restaurant was closed. Hotel has everything you need and staff were friendly.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a great night's sleep due to a nice comfy bed. We could alter the room temperature which was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Lots of extra tea, coffee and sugars etc on a side table in reception. The restaurant was right on the doorstep and had a good variety of choices. Reasonable priced.
