Très bel hôtel mais il faut changer les TV j’ai été dans deux chambres différentes pendant mon séjour les TV ont des problèmes de signal et de volume pour certaines chaînes. Aussi il faut revoir la position des climatiseurs c’est exposé face aux lits ! Après ça Bravo à Satama !

What a spectacular stay and place. I appreciate being able to have this experience at such a well maintained place in Okap. The receptionist was incredibly kind, the food was delicious, the drinks were lovely, housekeeping was meticulous, and the room was wonderful. I deeply enjoyed my stay and high recommend this oasis in the mountains. The view is impressive. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Nice, the menu was limited for breakfasts which I wasn’t impressed by , I heard so much about how refreshing and rotation of new foods daily was served but the same thing was given daily.

I like the panoramic view. However, customer service needs to improve, and the menu presentation at the pool bar. Just two or three sheets of white paper.

This is supposed to be a high-end hotel. However, they are limiting the hours that guest can run the a/c unit in there rooms and while we were there they had no hot water because of a broken part. For the price you pay to stay here this is unacceptable. The food and staff were good though.

Had a great time. I arrive early and they still accommodate me and my son at check. It was fast and smooth. The Resturant had some of the best food I could eat. The bar service all the way to the pool and lounging area. Truly a great experience. I would update some stuff in the room. Shower heads and setting chair and desk chair. But over all great. Each morning hot fresh breakfast.

Place is beautiful, i love it the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, clean. Driving to the top of the hill is a little scary 😨 but the hotel is great.
