房間的景色簡直太完美了！工作人員也非常樂於助人，他們很友善地幫助我們將行李搬到房間，而無需我們尋求幫助。驅車遊獵也很棒。謝謝你為我做的一切

在阿奎拉的整個經歷都是不真實的。儘管我們很晚並且不得不立即去參加日落之旅，但我們的入住體驗非常順利。自助餐涵蓋所有餐點，總體來說很棒！工作人員非常友好。房間非常寬敞、乾淨，景色優美。我們住在一樓，所以我們可以進入一個巨大的露台，可以欣賞到山脈的寧靜美景。

C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel et ce fut une expérience toujours aussi fabuleuse. La première fois, nous étions en couple, mais cette année, ce fut avec notre fils, et nous avons remarqué que l'hôtel est parfaitement adapté aux familles. Nous avons la chambre avec vue sur la savane. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est très pro et sympathique, l'hôtel est situé a 2 heures du cap. On le recommande vivement.

Hätten wir kein Kind und gäbe es rund Kapstadt mehr Game Reserve würden wir definitiv nicht hingehen. Nähe George hat es die viieeeel besseren und schöneren. Es ist eine Massenabfertigiung den ganzen Tag fahren sie im Resort herum und die Tiere sind es sich geohbt und werden auch angelockt mit Futter. Buffet nicht gut. Also eine Nacht genügt vörig und wir haben alle Tiere gesehen, so hatte unsere Tochter Freude. Sonst kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

很棒的地方！七月天氣超級冷，但我們的房間很溫暖，床也很棒！自助餐很棒。淋浴水壓很好哈哈。而且到處都有動物，真是令人難以置信。我們在遊戲中看到了很多東西。溫水游泳池和水療中心是一個額外的獎勵！我們在睡覺前接受了令人驚嘆的治療。第二天我們去了他們現場提供的四輪摩托車，這也很有趣

Higher than a 3 but not quite a 4. Mixed feelings, but an honest review (in my opinion). If you want to be almost guaranteed to see animals, then this is a great choice. It is a "private game reserve", the land is privately owned and therefore fenced off, so the animals are basically in a very large safari park. We saw 4/5 of the big five (Leopards are supposed to be in the area, but they are solitary and mostly nocturnal so you are unlikely to see them). we also saw Zebra, Giraffe, Hippo etc. The welcome drink is a nice touch, as are the toilet and drinks facility out in the park. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, I really wasn't expecting much, but it was better than nice, and the desserts were great. The Spa looked very good but we didn't use it. My negative feedback is regarding the accommodation, we had an outside shower which was great and very warm (it was an experience i was happy to try) the bed was very comfortable, and the furniture looked new. I felt the bathroom needed a refurb, and the doors and windows were ill fitting, which created Bug problems (Arggghh) (Caroline writing the review, not Craig). It really made it difficult for me to settle and we left before our 2nd night in the accommodation. We were down by the pond and Aquilla even left bug spray and insect repellent in the room (a warning perhaps? and a kindness) We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and early morning safari's which are the main reason to visit Aquilla. Lovely grounds, and well organized.

After a long discussion over email over several months about the room type we had booked and agreed, the property switched the room at the last minute to one of far lower category without telling us. The property accepted (after an hour long argument at reception) that it was a mistake at their end but flatly refused to do anything to fix it. We are so upset at this underhanded treatment - we've just been met with a lot of shrugging and 'nothing we can do' at reception. We definitely won't be back and really wouldn't recommend. As an aside, the food is dreadful too.

Ein sehr, sehr großes Hotel, mit Massenabfertigung beim Essen und einem großen Zoo. Ein paar Stunden sind völlig ausreichend. Leider hat es nicht viel Atmosphäre und es hatte so gar nichts von einer echten Safari, die Tiere werden angefüttert, damit man sie sieht. Es werden Menschenmassen mit LKWs durch die Prärie geschickt Schade. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und häufig überfordert . Sie freuen sich über jeden Rand E-an Trinkgeld

This is a definite must on a bucket list !!! Excellent service from the Spa and Hotel Staff. The GAME Drive WOW WOW. Our Guide Mike is very informative and really passionate about his job and the animals. Beautiful well taken care off animals. Sam the hotel manager, thank you for taking such great care of us. Food is delicious, superb. Even after the flood the roads are well maintained. Congratulations to management for GREAT upkeep. Each Staff member at Aquila Strive to to their BEST.

The rooms are used out, the ceiling of the room looks like water is going through. The furniture looks old and used. No TV, no laundry bag, no phone in the room. The food is of extremely poor quality. Staffs are friendly. In the spa the sauna and heated pool can be a delight. However for the price charged, one could stay on a wine estate and drive there for a safari which would be a much better experience. I would not recommend Aquila as an accommodation

Absolutely terrible experience that we have ever encountered so far. We went for breakfast where our room was locked and returned back to realise that we lost 200$. How is it possible???? Such a shame as this is a beautiful hotel unfortunately as the customers we didn’t feel safe here. Never come back. And I would warn every single customer to stay away from this hotel.
