開普拓拉海濱凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Capitola by the Sea)

I loved the comfy bed, cleanliness and great, helpful staff. There is a nice patio on the balcony, (although if you are on the 2nd floor and sitting down, you cannot see over the wooden fence), also, no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. You can walk everywhere - which I did. Across the street is a grocery store and drug store, 1/2 mile down the street a church I attended, and a little longer walk to Capitola Village and the beach. Wonderful location. The breakfast did not even measure up to the usual free breakfast motel fare - no prefab eggs, potatoes, or bananas and weak coffee. I hoofed if a 1/2 mile to ***le's bakery for a yummy breakfast burrito and wasn't disappointed. Not complaining because this was the best deal I found on ******* and if I find a clean room with a good bed (with no bed bugs) I'm happy!

1. When I opened the door, I was blasted with the smell of Lysol or other chemical, was so strong, I had to open the front door and slider door to air out the room. 2. The A/C has settings for heat and cool but no instructions and temps only adjust h1,h2,h3,h4, 10,11,12,13,14,H1H2,H3,H4. WHAT DO THESE MEAN!

The property is older and rather quirky, but it is in a quiet area with a nice grocery store and bakery within walking distance. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool is small but heated. The breakfast is ok. No protein, but nice waffles. We will come back.

The place was a bit old the toilet seat was the type it actually had paint on it and some of the painted white off down to the metal below the enamel not much room to put things on the counter in the bathroom But it was clean and it was certainly adequate Front desk and particularly the maid were very friendly

Quality Inn is a first choice for Capitola lodgings. Conveniently located to all the village has to offer. Beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and small pubs and tasting ros are walkable.

The property and room were clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast advertised as a "hot breakfast" was lacking. Only the waffle was hot. Little fruit and no variety in cold cereal or bread. We went to Peet's down the street for breakfast instead.

The a/c was making a clicking noise at night and our room was right next to the breakfast room and pool, so we got very little sleep. The hotel MGR was going to see about a discount off our hotel room via email with the final bill and I have not heard from him

Cute place with charm. Quiet and clean. Con: the company needs to invest in removing the old carpet and replacing with laminated wood flooring. Would bring this place to Excellent.
