L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs chambres dans la vieille ville. La nôtre était située sur la rue Porto. Chambre agréable, dans une belle bâtisse, et lit très très confortable, mais malheureusement beaucoup trop de bruit. On entend les bruits des bars et restaurants de la rue et la musique de la place Garibaldi jusque très tard. Et le matin, ramassage des poubelles, nettoyage des poubelles de chacun des bars, et livraisons dans la rue. Le mini bar est un mini réfrigérateur qui fait du bruit également. Tout cela n'est pas gênant si vous dormez avec des boules quies.... Ou si vous pensez à demander une chambre sur la cour de la réception de l'hôtel. Nb: beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder à la chambre A noter: personnel de la réception,  et manager du petit déjeuner très agréables

Ho soggiornato con mio marito per una notte nella suite Meridiana. Stanza calda e accogliente, pulita e personale gentile, ci hanno prestato un ombrello persino, data la incessante pioggia non prevista. Struttura ubicata in centro storico, vicina a un po' tutto quello che c'è da vedere, anche luoghi dove poter pranzare/cenare. Unica nota negativa, ci vorrebbe un po' più di attenzione a ciò che viene offerto in stanza nel mini frigo: io e mio marito abbiamo bevuto una aranciata e abbiamo aperto una Schweppes tonica, solo dopo diverse ore mi è caduto l'occhio sulla scadenza e l'aranciata era scaduta dal 19 dicembre 2023, mentre la tonica dal 02 febbraio. Ho temuto di dovermi fare un viaggio di ritorno nel bagno del treno, ma fortunatamente erano solo bibite.

Excellent hôtel et excellent emplacement . Si j’avais pu mettre 6* je l’aurais fait . Nous avions un appartement en plein cœur de la vieille ville, dans une rue très calme. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les deux jeunes femmes à l’accueil sont de bons conseils et très souriantes. Si je reviens à monopoli je réserverai à nouveau ce logement sans hésiter. Un grand merci.

Bellissima la suite comodissimo il letto pulizia impeccabile accogliente e con ogni confort ,silenziosa ,prezzo nella norma .colazione ricca e disponibile fino a tarda mattinata..personale gentile e gradevole...consiglio vivamente

Accueillies par une jeune femme très souriante et ne comptant pas son temps Chambre dans la ville très spacieuse dans le fond d une ruelle , au calme mais très pres des multiples restaurants Le petit déjeuner est possible près de cette réception à 8 euros/ personne Alors si vous aimez comme nous les bons petits déjeuners .. Celui ci est très généreux et servi entre 8 et (11h ?) sous forme de buffet La personne en charge du petit déjeuner est très professionnelle ,agréable et attentionnée et constante dans son amabilité durant les 3 jours Nous avons eu juste un petit regret, ne pas avoir pu profiter du « transfert » payant pour la plage .. alors que c était mis dans le dépliant dans la chambre comme possibilité La jeune femme de l’accueil ce jour la était froide et nous a donné l’impression qu on la dérangeait et nous a finalement remis Le prospectus avec les horaires de bus 🥲😅🤣 Franchement se payer un bus pour aller sur une plage a minimum 50 euros / jour c est un peu une hérésie Surtout à 70 ans!!! On garde néanmoins a part cette petite déception, un tres bon souvenir de cet « hôtel »

Vorrei fare un grande complimento a Mario dell'hotel Albergo Diffuso Monopoli, che ho recentemente visitato in un viaggio di lavoro. La sua allegria e gentilezza hanno davvero illuminato ogni momento del mio soggiorno, la sua costante energia positiva ha reso ogni viaggio con lui un'esperienza piacevole e divertente. Il suo sorriso caloroso e la sua cortesia mi hanno fatto sentire davvero benvenuto. La sua dedizione al suo lavoro e la sua attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti sono davvero ammirevoli. Grazie ancora per essere così straordinario!

A l'arrivée, c'est super car Monopoli c'est très beau, un peu dur de trouver l'établissement car le taxi ne sait pas rentrer mais ça c'est pour tous les petits logements de l'entité. Mais emplacement magnifique, vous êtes à la fois, près de la mer, près des monuments historiques, près du village vivante de Monopoli. Le logement que nous avions reçu était très beau, grand, toute les nécessités étaient mis à dispositions. Mais niveau service c'était pas ça. La chambre devait être nettoyé tous les 2 jours, même en mettant le papier d'indication, ils ne sont pas venus. On devait même courir pour avoir du papier wc. Pour le prix, l'endroit et qualité de la chambre, je m'attendais à un meilleur service de l'établissement. Restaurant que je conseille vivement à Monopoli, c'est Osteria Perricci, c'est sans chichi mais très bons. Bonne cuisine traditionnelle...

Sono appena tornato da un meraviglioso soggiorno presso l'hotel Diffuso Monopoli e non posso che lodare tutto il personale per l'attenzione straordinaria che mi ha dimostrato. Sin dal mio arrivo, sono stato accolto con un sorriso caloroso e un servizio impeccabile. Una delle cose che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la colazione.Non si tratta semplicemente di una semplice colazione a buffet, ma di un vero e proprio banchetto culinario. L'ampia scelta di cibi freschi e deliziosi mi ha permesso di iniziare ogni giorno con la giusta energia. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la vasta selezione di frutta fresca, cereali, pane appena sfornato e non possiamo dimenticare le deliziose torte. In ogni momento della giornata, il personale si è dimostrato disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Erano sempre pronti ad aiutarmi e a fornirmi utili consigli su cosa visitare in città nel tempo libero. Mi hanno davvero fatto sentire coccolato e importante. La pulizia delle camere era impeccabile e il letto era così comodo che sembrava di dormire su una nuvola. Ogni giorno tornavo nella mia stanza e mi aspettavano asciugamani puliti e prodotti per il bagno di alta qualità. L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta, nel centro storico, vicino ai migliori ristoranti della città. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la comodità di poter raggiungere tutte queste mete a piedi. In conclusione, non posso che consigliare vivamente l'hotel Albergo Diffuso Monopoli. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del servizio offerto e della particolare attenzione da parte di tutto il personale. Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi come a casa durante il vostro viaggio, non cercate oltre: questo è l'hotel perfetto per voi.

A great apartment, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. Sylvia and the team made the stay super easy and were so helpful and accommodating when we needed to arrange taxis, car hire and other recommendations. A great base for exploring Puglia.

This “hotel” has many different rooms/suites/apartments available all over town, and we as a couple stayed in the wonderful Garibaldi suite overlooking the lively main plaza. The bedroom is spacious and pretty, the bathroom is modern and well-equipped, coffee and tea are supplied, a little sitting room is between the bedroom and bathroom, and the towel array is generous. But the highlight is the romantic balcony on the second floor overlooking the main plaza. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast, a glass of wine, a takeaway dinner. You are shaded from onlookers by foliage, but you can peek through it as well as enjoy the music from the plaza — morning and night! We wished we could have stayed more than one night. As with many of the “old cities” in this region, you do have to park your car outside the old city. But it’s free and reception will send a man with a car to bring you and your luggage to the central reception office. From there, you walk to wherever your accommodation is, so you’ll be rolling luggage through the streets. Our room was up a flight of stone stairs. Obviously best for people with lighter luggage! (But more help may be available if you need it; we didn’t ask.) Reception staff is very helpful.

This place is simply amazing! It was the best room I took on my trip to Italy this November (we visited a total of 16 cities and stayed at amazing hotels, but no room like this one). The room was very beautiful and giant, comfy and cozy. The bathroom is super modern and big, comfortable as well. The girls at reception are incredible. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. I made a mistake in the reservation because I had to do it at the last minute before the trip, and they handled it perfectly. They helped us solve the problem with *********** and gave us the best tips during the trip. They had a guy helping us take the luggage from and to the car that could be parked at a parking lot out of the city center for free. One of their tips was to go to the restaurant Il Guazzeto where I had the best fish I could ever try in my life. Outstanding trip and service! Thank you!

As the name "diffuso" suggests, this lodging consists not of one site but several unconnected rooms in the old town of Monopoli, steps from the port. Marvelous location and charming hosts. My room was simple and up a steep flight of stairs, so this is probably not a wise lodging for the mobility-impaired (nor, for that matter, is old town Monopoli.)

Great location and cosy rooms. Very helpful and englishspeaking staff. No breakfast included but you could buy it for an small extra cost just outside the reception. Quality of the bathroom could be better

Awesome staff, they were so kind and helpful! The rooms were spacious, with lovely modern decor and all amenities you might need. Good breakfast. The location couldn't be better. My room was right next to the best ice cream shop in the town centre - something that I definitely did not take advantage of every single day (cough, cough).
