礁石海灘度假村(Reef Beach Resort)

The location is very good, and the view of the sea is lovely even though you cant swim there. The staff is very friendly, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the room. It was very run down and dated. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, the mirror was cracked and old, and there were ants all over the room. This was incredibly frustrating especially when it came time to sleep as some would get on the bed. Housekeeping didn't really do a good job of spraying or getting rid of them. I was also very annoyed that I was woken up at 9am on my last day and told that the next guest who would be taking over my room had arrived and I should remember to check out on time. It wasn't the most pleasant stay.

I ordered Room with ocean view, but they didn’t see it. And they was full. They make it up with motorcycle for the few days here. Amazing location. Amazing brake fast

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

샤르가오에서 그나마 괜찮은 숙소같아요! 물 여과도 어느정도되고 얼리체크인도 가능해서 좋았습니다 다만 키가 하나로만 되어있어 에어컨을 항시 못트는게 살짝 아쉬웠어요

No free breakfast offered during our entire stay. No AC in the first level only in the bedrooms upstairs, wifi was spotty. Had to constantly call for toilet paper, pest control, soap.. no beachfront view from our room. From the restaurant, the beachfront is rocky and absolutely no swimming. Please change your picture that is false advertising. Book your excursions elsewhere because the front desk have no clue what their postings state.

Cuidado! el hotel celebra ceremonias de boda… tuvimos la mala suerte de presenciar una y era imposible ver la tv o descansar hasta pasadas las 00:00 p.m. Por otra parte, el personal carece de profesionalidad.

Everything! Especially the staff and the management 2 thumbs up for their professionalism. I highly recommended this place.
