Very loud, police was there a lot, rowdy, stained bedding and earrings etc on floor showing it hadn’t been cleaned. Pub attached so very loud and lots of trouble.

A single room needed for break in drive up and back from Scotland
Good location. Sadly another hotel they seen better days and basic but clean!
Mould evident in showers never good, even small amount.
Gaps around room door allow light in.
No bedside light - ridiculous!

The staff were very friendly, room & beds were clean but a little sp**** & needing some renovation. The breakfast was lovely, plentiful & made to order, choice of cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, tea & coffee. The only downside was the boom booming of the music from the bar going on to the early hours.

Terrible check-in. I was handed the key and pointed to an upstairs direction where rooms are like in a maze. Room 19 and 18 are the worse sign posted to find because you have to go through a sign saying only 9-11.
I am not sure if I was entitled to a breakfast. Shocking! I am still wondering if ******* could let people know that b&b do not offer breakfast, like in this case.

Didn’t get to stay as check in closed at ten although I phoned to say me and my partner were going to be late when we couldn’t get access to the bnb so we then had to spend a further 110 pound in order to stay somewhere else for the night definitely won’t be recommending roadhouse hotel as service is terrible would be expecting a refund for not being able to stay but won’t but won’t look for it

Second time I've stayed. Should have learned my lesson first time. Once again no toilet roll. I booked the delux suite for me n my partner n there was 2 hand towels in the bathroom. Shower hadn't been cleaned n the toilet was blocked. God knows how as this establishment doesn't provide loo roll. I gave them the benefit of doubt as first time I booked was just after lockdown but service has got worse!!!!!

arrival time of 2pm onwards and bar attached yet still had to wait, telephone and continue to wait for the door to be answered.
No real staff around or available to ask questions of what is available in the hotel or area.
