The hotel was disappointing. Rose was in charge of our accommodation, she was absolutely not friendly, she took a very long time to do everything and gave us a room right under a building structure. When I turned on the air conditioner, the whole room was filled with construction dust, it became hard to breathe. We returned to the reception and asked to change the room, but they refused because there were no rooms available, although it was a weekday and the hotel was completely empty. I double-checked the hotel website, there were many available rooms of all categories, so I asked to invite a manager. The manager had to wait about 30 minutes, he did not introduce himself, he was also very unhappy that he was disturbed and said that the only free room was even further away than the one that was given to the first one, even further than the Cassara hotel, but without construction overhead. we offered to pay extra for a better room, but he strictly refused us and since it was impossible to cancel the hotel, we would have lost the full cost, we stayed the night in the room that was given. I don't recommend this hotel with such unfriendly staff.

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. We loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious and in good shape - plenty of closets and comfortable beds. The kitchen was better stocked than our first apartment - had everything and was super clean. The pool and amenities are wonderful for kids. The washers and driers are always available and are new units. You can walk to Karl Strauss and legoland. We would highly recommend this place.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnanlage direkt an den im Frühling herrlich blühenden Flowerfields von Carlsbad mit sehr gut ausgestatten Wohnungen, Familienpool und Adultpool mit Blick auf das Meer.Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Parken ist in der Resortfee mit inbegriffen. Waschmöglichkeiten per Kreditkarte in der Anlage vorhanden . Auf dem Gelände befindet sich die Karl Strauss Brauerei.

Stayed during our Legoland visit, hotel was very good and walkable to Legoland. Had some activities for kids but we couldn’t explore. Kitchen is not well stocked, apart from that no complaints

The property is maintained in okay condition - not the same level as a hotel would be. It does have many amenities for kids and this is great, but the playgrounds are not in good condition. The staff (front desk, concierge) were not friendly. The room we had was overlooking the pool and had a view of the ocean - it was beautiful. The main pool area was nice and the jacuzzi was large and kept at a good temperature. The full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven were great to have use of along with plates, silverware, hot water pot, salt and pepper, pots and pans. The carpets in the rooms are old and need stretching as they have worn sag lines in them. The shower was huge and wonderful! The bathroom has a separate bathtub from the large shower. The room was spacious. Room staff forgot to check liquid soap in the shower, but the room was in very clean condition when we checked in. The front desk didn’t want to send someone to fill the soap dispenser so they handed me a bunch of small containers (pretty lazy). The bar area and lounge is nice with large TV’s and the bar staff are very nice. The underground parking is super convenient. The walk to Legoland is very close (10 minutes), so no real need to ride the shuttle. Shuttle staff were nice, it was raining hard the first day so we did take the shuttle that day.

Check out time (10:00) was too early. My husband had to sit in the car away from the resort to attend a work meeting at 10:30. Also, they asked us to do house keeping chores prior to check out. I understand this is a time share but I resent that the resort has no time share availability when there are clearly openings that can be purchased on **********

Loved our stay. However when we got to the first room the temp inside was 58. Outside was 64. Took two maintenance visits and 40 minutes before we we offered another room. But unfortunately this one’s heat would not turn on. However maintenance was able to correct the problem. Total time two hours. We were returned the resort fee and given an apology. A tough start to our stay.

We stayed here for the first time and we loved it .Arrived early to check in and our condo was not ready,pre-checked at 3:30 check in is at 5:00 pm so 5:30 came and our room was still not ready .I was upset since I’ve never experienced this but the person that was there took care of us and upgraded to the ocean view plus removed the resort fee as courtesy and that made me happy . Great environment and clean place definitely staying again .

Beautiful resort with great pools for kids and places for adults. Room was nice but there was a very annoying clicking sound constantly coming from both bathroom vents. Would stay again. Had plenty of room for my family of 6.

Room was great!!! Very clean and cute towel oragami of a cool shark. Love the bathroom a bath tub with a shower and in the same bathroom another large shower. Kitchen was definitely equipped. View was street however the noise was at a minimal due to great windows and patio doors. It was nice that Edgar at the front desk set us up. The reason for us to be place on the other side of the facility due to construction noise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

My room was booked months in advance and when I arrive to check in I was told they overbooked and now have no rooms available for me I tried to get assistance from ********** but received none the room cost me over $600 and I didn’t even get to stay at the resort and have not received a refund although they put me up in their sister resort which was a mile down the road not comparable to the amenities that my original resort had
