El personal sobre todo el sr muy grosero, su terminal no servía y estaba muy molesto por qué no se cargaban 2 coca cola, muy temprano funcionó la terminal y las pudimos pagar pero el fue muy nefasto y grosero. La sra. Nos dijo q de preferencia comieramos en la habitación aún teniendo unas mesas disponibles en el corredor. La atención pésima. Si está limpio el lugar pero esto es lo único bueno q puedo decir

Was a good stay, great staff.

This is my go to when first arriving to SDQ, usually on some combination of red eye flights, so its closeness to the airport can't be overstated. Neither can its superior hospitality and attention toward its guest. Feels like family.

This property was clean and the lady at the front desk did her best but there are a lot of motorcycles around which makes it very noisy. On the other hand, the lady told us that the chef had the day off and we had to walk a couple of blocks trying to find something for dinner. The area was very dark which made us feel unsafe.

The owner has no manners what so ever, extremely rude to people, does not know how to elaborate with others. Area is really loud, hard to sleep at night. Free breakfast but would rather go out and pay for a meal, small tasteless portions, warm drinks.Everything they sell there is double the price of what vou can get outside with a few min walks. You can not consume your own food or liquids outside of your hotel room. You can not bring a little speaker to pool area they will make you turn it off. You can not bring guest over past 9-10,pm. They were doing construction in the room next to mine that started at 7 AM the noise was so loud I could feel the vibrations from the jackhammer. Only street parking available. If you go with any food or drinks make sure your hotel room has a fridge as mine did not. Maids were really nice, guy in charge was a complete ignorant human.

Very nice place in Boca Chica with awesome host lady who is willing to help you in any way. We ate some tasteful fish at the restaurant inside the property. Recommended if you traveling to this beach.

The room was extremely clean. The cleanest room i ever stayed at...overseas or United States

Good hotel. For the price. The owner was very nice. Room has AC, hot water. Near the airport. Would stay again.

It was a nice welcome, and stay. Actually, I didn't have much time, as I arrived in the afternoon, and left very early, in the following morning.
