Great location, cheap parking. Friendly staff and now pet friendly at extra fee

Very good and nice view

Went on a staycation with my husband went so great we stayed an additional night! Everything was a 10+ cleanliness service the hot tub! Thank you Hilton can always count on a great stay!!

My stay here at this hotel was a 2 night stay from September 22nd and the 23rd 2023. I stayed on the 3rd floor and drove home on the 24th. My ankle started to itch and I noticed that I had bites going up my leg to the bottom of my calf. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that he would call me back a couple of days later to let me know what he found. I called him back because I didn’t hear from him and he then told me that his Ecolab tech, tore apart the room and found nothing. Then he tells me he’s sorry but we don’t have bed bugs in that room and the Ecolab tech said the bites were to small to be bed bugs. When I got home I met with my big guy and showed him my leg and he told me, yes, that’s bed bugs.I didn’t stay anywhere else except for that hotel so, I will not be staying there ever again and neither should you! If you stay there, good luck and hope you don’t get bit like I did.

Overall, it was not bad. For the price, I was very disappointed when we found a syringe with a needle in our room. The hotel staff was very nice and responsive. I am a little disappointed with the free parking compensation after finding the syringe with the needle in our room. Hopefully, they do a better job in the future cleaning and checking the room.

Parking is a negative aspect. The rooms were fine, nothing great. We were disappointed to experience a disconnect between ******* and the hotel. There could have been some room for improvement in the collaboration there to help us. Instead, the hotel and ******* blamed each other and neither helped at all. Unfortunate and very disappointing. I won't be staying here again nor will I use ******* in the future.

Pad extra for ocean view but put me on first floor with minimum view and sidewalk right outside, and wanted to charge even more for a higher floor without a view. Charged $22 for parking without informing me. The worst part was that I could hear next door very clearly. The walls are like papers as I could hear ever word from the family next door. Terrible experience.

I had several problems with the property not being secure. Many doors were broken and did not close properly which caused a problem with safety. The tub was broken and my child slipped and luckily I was there to catch my child. If you’d like video and photos of these areas I have them. Hopefully I receive some contact from either ******* and/Hilton.
