El hotel bonito... Zona muy agradable La habitacion era un estudio que obviamente en las fotos se veia mas grande... Pero en la realidad exageradamente pequeña... Se nota que la acondicionaron para ponerle una cocineta... Y originalmente era una habitacion basica Pero quedo incomoda... Si se extiende el sofa no se puede caminar... No hay donde sent**** y comer... Y donde esta el lavabo la cama esta junto y no hay puerta... Llega toda la luz Deben de aclarar que solo es para 2 personas esa habitacion Desayuno sin variacion y demasiado temprano entre semana... 6 30 am a 9 30 am pero ya lo empiezan a quitar desde las 9 de la mañana y hay que levant**** temprano y desayunar rapido y te lo quitan de tus ojos.... Por el precio pense q era una habitacion mas amplia esta cara

The hotel just okay. Had all the amenities we expected. There was no housekeeping on the weekends and despite the fact we were told our room would be refreshed everyday Monday thru Friday that was not the case. The breakfast was very mediocre with cold eggs and one day even cold coffee. I would probably stay here again but only because of the hotel's proximity to our family.

Hôtel bien équipé, lessive possible gratuite, parking gratuit, chambre comfortable mais mal entretenue. Mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins. Le bruit de la route peut déranger. Le gros point négatif : le service. Le ménage approximatif, la réception peu chaleureuse.

This place was convenient enough for the price. However, the pocket doors in the double queen suite were completely broken and unhinged, so we had to continue picking up the whole door to move it. The sleeper sofa was ripped and the throw pillows on the couch were dirty. Two of the pillows in the room had no pillow cases and were filthy.

The receptionist was careless. When asked if the pool was in service she confirmed it was and then said it was heated. My daughter is a swimmer and wanted to get some laps in before bed. When we went to the pool it was filthy and not heated. There were kids running on the floor above us and wouldn’t let us sleep. The room had more wear and tear damage than normal. One of the lamps didn’t work. There are no USB connections and there was a coil sticking out the sofa bed. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she simply shrugged her shoulders and didn’t offer any compensation for all our troubles. Oh did I forget the mold in the shower ceiling. Gross. Never again!!

The hotel is OK, breakfast good, but a weak point is how they clean the rooms, we have candy paper wrap, some raisins, and a PACIFIER from previous guest in our room, we asked to have a deep clean, and all that stays in the same place after "they cleaned", they need to do something about that... not recommended

Had to go looking for the check-in clerk after arriving and waiting for several minutes around 7pm. Was friendly and helpful once I found him. The room was perfect. Had a 2-bedroom suite, 1 with a king and the other with two queens, both with a bathroom. Sitting area and kitchen between the rooms. The room above us was very loud at times in the middle of the night (we were on the first floor), and some kids outside the window early in the morning (6:30ish) were quite loud. Could probably solve any noise issues with a sound machine or white noise app. Breakfast (Tuesday morning, 7:30ish) was a free-for-all. Coffee and juice and syrup and napkins ran out frequently. The breakfast attendant was friendly but seemed more interested in visiting with a coworker than supervising breakfast and had to be asked by several people for several things before empty items were replenished. Plenty of options between the oatmeal and parfait bars, fruit selection, waffle makers and bread choices. Did need to take food back to our room as there was not enough seating available. Maybe it was just an overly busy morning but it seemed like a normal Tuesday at a hotel that could use either an additional attendant or two or just more attention paid by the ones present. Our expectations were not met but our needs were. The room made it worth it. We would stay there again but would be prepared to find breakfast elsewhere.
