Had a bad experience here back in 2020 and decided to give another chance. Boy was I wrong. When I got to my room, there was feces on the toilet. It was discussing. Talked to the lady at the front counter and she gave me another room. When I spoke to the general manager the next day, he wasn’t talkative when I told him about the “situation”. For some reason, he didn’t even know about it. His excuse was he was too busy to check on this. This is beyond disappointed. At this point, I’d hesitate to book a room at any Marriot brand.
