Holiday Inn Express 教堂山(Holiday Inn Express Chapel Hill)

This is a nice hotel and we have always tried to stay here when we are in Chapel Hill because it is so conveniently located to campus. But...there was a problem with significant noise from a college team staying there and when I complained, the person at the front desk was not as responsive as I think she should have been. She did go tell them they needed to reduce the noise but she also told me I could have knocked on the door and told them myself. That is NOT my responsibility and such tasks are what I am paying their staff to do. I might note that we had a very similar problem here last year with a rowdy college team that partied all night with very little response from the management. Given these 2 events, we are considering finding another hotel in the future which is regretful because we like staying here.

Property was exceptionally clean. Breakfast service was courteous and food was far above what we expected. Excellent find for those needing overnight stay near UNC medical facilities.

room was really warm whole night and bed uncomfortable. I think they had heat blasting on 2nd floor. breakfast was not that great. egg thing had random peppers in it that you could not eat.

Clean, convenient location, great breakfast, and friendly staff! ******* says there is a pool at this property, but that is incorrect.

Great location to the interstate and plenty of places within driving distance to eat. Some fast food not a far walk away. I left my charging cord as I packed quickly and housekeeping was kind enough to come down the elevator and find me. Thank you!!!

Very clean, cozy but modern rooms with an earthy vibe. I liked the wood beams and adobe- colored accent wall. Breakfast was better than expected

Amazing stay. Great if your going to see a tarheels bball game close by.

The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was good and well maintained. The hotel location was perfect for our needs.
