Ricevuta una camera in un cantiere aperto con Trapani ed altri utensili sempre in funzione. Senza finestra.

Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was a mess (due to holidays). Room's security box didn't work and we never got hot water in the shower. Open ceiling above bathroom allowed for too much noise from the street to be heard.

The building is appealing but our room was tiny and we it took us an hour and three different staff members to find coffee in the morning!

Property was doing some sort of maintenance and my original booked room was not available

beautiful interior and rooms, lovely rooftop , laid out for privacy and comfort, concierge great. Only issue was really long wait for breakfast, nearly an hour for a simple breakfast

Casa Lola is beautiful, I highly recommend it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I absolutely love their piña coladas. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately our stay with Casa Lola was disappointing. The room was dark, musty and dirty. We found cockroaches in the room multiple time during our stay. We did mention about cockroaches to front desk and we were asked to speak with manager next morning about cockroaches. The front desk did not offer to change room or offered any help. Plus, language barrier makes it difficult to communicate. We booked this place based on previous good reviews and location however, both failed. Location- this hotel is in Gestamani neighborhood which is not inside the wall. You will have to cross sketchy street to get to old city so it’s better to stay inside the old city. Another disappointing fact is ******* has this hotel as VIP, which makes me not want to believe in ******* VIP anymore. The few good things- good breakfast, few friendly staff and plants around the breakfast area. I would not recommend this hotel, we ended up spending most of our time out of the hotel. There are better option in old city.

Great location. Caring and helpful staff. Restaurant has good dishes. Highly recommend. Decor is unique.
