Hôtel extraordinaire, à dix minutes à pieds de tous les intérêts du centre historique de Carthagène. Les lieux sont propres (la femme de ménage passe deux fois par jour), le déjeuner inclu est exceptionnel et varié. Le personnel est prévenant, bienveillant et sympathique, même lorsqu’on parle peu, voir pas du tout l’espagnol. 5/5 si je retourne à Carthagène, ce sera à cet hôtel là!

We spent 4 nights at casa del Coliseo and when choosing several hotels´reviews I was amazed at how many good ones Casa del Coliseo had...Well, I must say that all those nice reviews were right. The hotel staff is amazing, service beyond my expectations, the room is very comfortable, breakfast really good. Excellent l´Occitane amenities in the bathroom. Cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel is very well located, within the walled city and there are very nice restaurants nearby... despite the neighborhood noise, I think the hotel did a very good job soundproofing the rooms even if we had a balcony right where to the "action" at night happens. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again..

Excelente hotel, ubicación y staff. Uno de los mejores hoteles de Cartagena sin duda. La ciudad es muy bonita para caminar, muchas opciones para comer y comprar y todo cerca del hotel. Muy recomendable, 5 de 5 estrellas

Very beautiful property, excellent staff and the breakfast is really good. Nice place for an old town city. Some nice around in the evening because of the places around. But excellent place an I recommend.

Céntrico. Un lugar lleno de paz y calma. El personal es muy amable y atentos. Siempre nos tenían un detalle al llegar o en la habitación. Fácil de caminar alrededores.

This is quite literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so kind and attentive, the rooms were gorgeous and cleaned multiple times daily. Truly a 10/10 experience, I would definitely stay here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. I would’ve given 0 rating if I could. The place had bedbug, and the next morning we woke up there was about 100 bites on my wife’s face, hands and legs, that only happens if the room is super infested. Other than that, the whole hotel smelled really bad. The room was not clean, super small, and dark. Was not at all similar to the pictures. Our friends got a suite at a nice boutique hotel for the same price, but it was sold out so we ended up at this place with a terrible customer service. We didn’t see the manager the whole time, and couldn’t even talk to him on the phone. Our whole vacation was ruined because of bedbug, and we had to throw out lots of our stuff that was infected and was too risky to take back home, and they didn’t reimburse us for that.

We would not stay here again despite the fact the staff and hotel were wonderful. The hotel is near a night club and we could not sleep at all. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but the whole point of the hotel is to get some sleep. That’s why we would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel, stuff was amazing ! It was my befriend bday, I contacted them 2 hours prior arrival asking to get balloons, champagne and bday card in a room. They have done everything perfectly , very nice and helpful stuff. Good rooms, clean nice .

La zona donde se ubica el Hotel tiene mucho movimiento pero es muy ruidosa en las noches

A la llegada nos sorprendimos de que el establecimiento no tenía ascensor, sin embargo nos llevaron todo a la habitación y no representó un gran obstáculo, sólo afecta a quien tiene problemas para subir y bajar escaleras. Tiene dos salones en el segundo piso que resultan en una vida de lobby muy agradable, y tiene un servicio impecable.
