格羅里亞精品酒店(Hotel Casa Gloria Boutique)

Sehr gute Lage im historischen Viertel Cartagenas. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Bett ist bequem. Mit Safe und Kühlschrank. Frühstück für 15000 cop (3,50 Euro). Swimmingpool im Erdgeschoss, Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Alles bestens! Milena an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch.

Excelentes instalaciones, ubicación privilegiada dentro de la ciudad amurallada con fácil acceso a diversos lugares de comida, muy cerca al centro comercial serrezuela. Las habitaciones cuentan con buen aire y se tiene una piscina en el primer piso y una pequeña en el techo

Muy bien ubicada dentro de la ciudad amurallada, se puede llegar a pie prácticamente a todos los atractivos de esta parte de la ciudad. Excelente relación calidad-precio, ofrecen un buen desayuno por una tarifa simbólica, tiene una piscina pequeña pero agradable y perfecta para el calor. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero para pasear y hacer turismo no se necesita mucho más y además tienen una pequeña nevera muy conveniente.

Despite this hotel being well located, cute and with excellent reception staff, it attracts a very low class of visitor which makes a stay for the average person unbearable. There were guests in our hotel who used ***** in public areas morning, afternoon and night. They sexually harassed women and held parties in their rooms all night. Sleep was impossible every night we were there. We observed what we believable was a drug dealer visiting the hotel to sell them more ***** and massage ladies also came to visit them. Despite our complaints to the hotel from the first day, this guest behaviour was tolerated. We saw other guests also complain. Whoever runs this hotel should be ashamed of themselves for putting their guests and staff through such a terrible experience. Do not book this hotel.

Rooms are very small, pool is smaller than a jacuzzi and I prefer to lose my money and move to a better place. I do not recommend

It markets itself as a 4 star hotel but that’s a stretch. It’s a pretty building and is kept pretty clean. On the other hand the rooms are tiny and devoid of more than a bed, a small closet, and a bathroom. The location is good but in my opinion it’s overpriced for what you receive.

The hotel is in a great location in the Old Town. But there was a lack of hot water!

We loved the family atmosphere of the employees, they were extremely helpful and super sweet and accommodating. We had a special connection with Viviana as she went out of her to chat with and help us with whatever we needed. Marli makes a mean breakfast for super cheap right in the community dining area outside your room. We had a great experience.
