We truly appreciated our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle. We don't often leave detailed reviews, but we were so happy with our experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly - from the front receptionists, to the breakfast crews, to the lead maintenance manager, and the cleaning staff... We enjoyed everything and everyone. We'll be staying here again and have already recommended this hotel to others.

This was a quick one night getaway for NYE and we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was open, which was a plus with my 9 yr old and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Only thing was the ice machine on the 5th floor, didn't seem to be working, but we made do. I will definitely stay here again.

Tub is way to narrow! Trash cans are good if you are there for what 10 minutes? Can’t even fit a McDonald’s bag in that thing. Staff is good and great breakfast options! Pool and workout area is excellent. Overall good place to stay, just need a few adjustments.

This is a very good hotel, very well managed, but breakfast finishes too early on weekdays, and if you are on vacation, you don’t want to wake up at 7:00 am to have breakfast before 9:00 am. Also, the check out time is too early as well, 11:00 am!

The hotel and staff within the hotel were beyond our expectations. The shuttle to the airport was shocking and dangerous to our family. The driver, “Hause”, came speeding into the entry/drop off area causing people to rush out of the way. He was yelling that he was late and we had to hurry. He threw our bags into the back and told us to hurry up. I asked him to wait but he got angry. My spouse and 16 year old daughter couldn’t get their seat belts on fast enough before the driver sped off causing even more people to dash out of the way of the van, not even fully stopping at stop signs. I was desperately trying to help my daughter get her seat belt on as the van was speeding and aggressively swerving. The drive to the airport was stressful and felt very unsafe as the van was tailgating, swerving and revving at a high rate. I’m not sure how fast he was driving but we were nervous he could crash with his aggression. The rest of the hotel staff was very kind and welcoming.

I think overall the facility was great and we really had a great room but there was something wrong with our air conditioning. I called down and no one answered. On our way out we stopped by the front desk to let him know. He said he would have someone look at it and then told us that during months the air conditioners are on sensors and don’t actually kick on until 7-8 at night. We went to a wedding with several guests who stayed at this hotel and everyone said their rooms were very cool and comfortable. When we got back our room was still warm and the thermostat would not work. My wife and I had a hard time sleeping, we woke up a few times in a sweat.

Overall very nice hotel Check in was took too long as there was a long line and only one person working who was training someone as well.

The front desk staff were amazing! The cook that made my omelette, Ms. Maria, the bartender, the server this morning! I will definitely be back and the lobby was absolutely beautiful!

Older building, but kept very clean and updated. Professional service very pleasant and helpful. Location great and room comfortable and quiet despite central lobby.
