Communications between *******, the Quality Inn and Myself leave questions unanswered around my victimization in these reservations. I’ve been cheated and burned by this experience and nobody has reached out to express concern or investigation. The Quality Inn’s General Manager (Emily) has pulled some unbelievably shady moves, blaming ******* for a lot of it. ******* will not give details around their full story of how this went down:
Mystery appeal to refund. Mystery receipts of refund to ******* that has never notified me. They gave my room away one night — i lost all items in my fridge, my credit was charged x3 for incidentals that I’m still looking to check with banks about, and overall I was yelled to leave for asking for a receipt of these transactions or record of who was in my room…
“******* has been sent a refund for those nights” the GM tells me… ******* has said nothing about it.
It’s the most shady, uncomfortable head ache ever… and where is the record of it ?
