伊康套房旅館(Econo Lodge Inn & Suites)

Booked this hotel to attend a friend’s wedding. Wasn’t expecting much of it but it surprised me! Airport shuttle was catered to you personally so any time that you arrive they’ll arrange someone to pick you up. The hotel room was nice and comfy and service was good :)

The hotel is nice and a good value. No complaints I was staying theee the night before an early flight and I received what I think were automated phone calls at 3 am which didn’t stop for 5 Minutes. At that point my sleep was ruined. Rather defeated the purpose of getting a hotel

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was responsive. BUT it was a Saturday night and it's close to, apparently, a rockin' bar. . .my room was on the side closest to the bar and the BASS was thumping until 1:00am. . .Again, the staff tried finding the noise until I said it was coming from the bar and there was nothing they could do. Maybe it's quieter during the week but I wouldn't stay here again on a Friday/Saturday night. .

Stayed at this property a number of times over the past couple of years. Have always been happy with the property until this stay. Property needs new paint in the rooms and some updating of furniture and bathroom fixtures. Maintenance is lacking. Not sure why this has become a problem but it needs to be fixed very very soon.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location not too far from restaurants and shopping. We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and the bed slept well. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was included in the stay. The only thing that i have a complaint about is the housekeeper. I asked for 2 sets of towels, and she only gave me 1 set. My daughter and I occupied a room. The housekeeper had an attitude because i asked for 2 sets of towels. I didn’t understand why i couldn’t have what i asked for, but it worked out. I just took an extra set off of her cart. Overall… my stay was very pleasant.

I called ahead letting them know I would be checking in between 12:30-1am. They said no problem. I arrive at 12:35am to the front door open & a note on the front desk saying they would be right back & here is an emergency number if you need assistance. I waited 10 mins, called, said he’s helping another customer & he’ll be a while. Please sit on the couch & wait. So another 20 mins goes by & I call again, to the hotel phone number (not the emergency number). Got the same guy, he said he’s almost there. Well, this motel had the evening clerk also drive the shuttle….so he was at the airport picking up customers & im just waiting for over 30 mins. Had I not had a non-refundable reservation, I would have left. Worker saw nothing wrong with this. I couldn’t believe it.

I got bedbug bite first night and left with a swollen arm, I sent.the msg to manager complaint the situation, you know what, they don't answer me. I had photos of the bugs and blood stains on sheets as well as my arm with bites marks.So at your own expense to book this "hotel",and they just avoiding when things happened.

We go on a golf trip every year the last 5 years we stayed at Econo lodge there’s 8 of us no complaints not one if you’re in Grand Rapids I recommend this motel great prices great staff plus Gippers bar next door perfect
