I was in the area for a funeral. A college student, my family was staying over at the lodge and they had no rooms so i booked through ******* a room here. When i arrived i had been awake for almost 24 hours and emotional from the events that day. They had no record I booked a room through *******. I showed them my PAID reciept and everything on my phone app & they STILL wanted me to pay AGAIN for the room.
After going back and forth for about 1/2 hour I finally just drove back to the airport and caught the first flight out. I was EXTREMELY disapointed. All i wanted was to sleep.

I am still waiting to speak with the manager about my absolutely awful experience with this horrible woman who was working the night we checked in. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 15 times over the last few years and NEVER had an experience like this before. She was the most hateful, petty, condescending woman I’ve spoken to in a very long time. I’m not sure we’ll ever stay there again… it was THAT awful.

This is probably my favorite Best Western Plus Hotel! Beautiful area. Wonderful scenery from the balcony. The only thing I docked off was that there wasn’t a recycle bin in the room. Minor infraction.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The free breakfast at the restaurant next door is a very nice touch! We come to the area at least two to three times a year for a rabbit show across the river in Stevenson, Washington and will definitely pay the extra cost to stay here again.
