Posto molto bello e pulito Peccato aver prenotato con informazioni errate Abbiamo scelto credendo di poter usufruire delle terme in orario serale/notturno visto che con i nostri impegni non potevamo usufruire di altro Invece abbiamo scoperto che è un servizio che c’è solo il giovedì e il sabato Ma oramai avevamo già pagato e programmato il tutto

Dear reader! If your thing is out dated, rasty, old, decomposing palace, welcome to hotel Transylvania! Here security doesn't exist. The termal spa hotel can be accessed from god knows how many different unlocked entrances where anybody can casually stroll in for a quick dip in the pool. Only thing to remember is to not forget to ask the pool receptionist for a Swimming cap, otherwise you might get locked in a dungeon. The hotel is quite understaffed at times. You have a bigger chance of meeting Dracula than finding someone to assist you (the exception is the swimmingcap policeman). If you do spot someone from the staff, they make a quick escape via elevator when they see you coming. After that you can't even catch up to them, because the elevator needs 3 business days to reach you. The hotel has a damp feeling in most places. The walls are peeling off and the furniture is out dated. If you thought that you get fresh bed sheets dayly in a 5* hotel, you would be mistaken, because they fit back the sheets from the previous day, and finally changes them after 4 days. The cleaning lady insist on cleaning twice a day (she really doesn't like the do not disturb sign), only to fit old sheets, change towels and not take out the trash. You might get a few calls from reception, which doesn't make any sense, so you go clear it up, only to be told the issue has been fixed. If you have read other reviews you might have doubts about the AC not working. This issue has been clearly fixed as the AC can't be turned off anymore so prepare to go from 40°C in the hallway to the winterland (AC is even on fastest mode when you are not in the room so don't forget to bring a jacket). The hotel definitely doesn't live up to the 5* hotel expectations.

Location bella, personale gentile, ma purtroppo la pulizia degli spogliatoi e anche in altre sale del percorso e la manutenzione ( che capisco è difficile con umidità e calore ) lasciano a desiderare. Spero miglioreranno perché è una bella esperienza! Il costo è giusto ...e se fosse pulito sarebbe il top. La piscina esterna ok!

Sono stata in questo posto poco fa, ci sono stata più volte anche negli scorsi anni. È un luogo di pace, si sta molto bene sia nell’area delle terme sia nei luoghi di ritrovo comune, come bar e ristorante. Drink, aperitivo e cibo molto buoni, camere pulite, personale molto gentile. Molto vicino a Pisa, quindi molto comodo anche per una breve gita a piazza dei Miracoli e alla torre. Il mare dista una ventina di minuti e questo è un’altro punto a favore. in questa struttura non trovo difetti, ci starei anni interi

Esperienza unica. Posto molto bello esteticamente e tanto rilassante. Un’oasi ai piedi delle colline toscane. Quando si entra sembra di essere catapultati all’interno di un mondo unico, molto pulito, personale gentile e cibo molto buono. La gentilezza e la dedizione nel lavoro del personale ti fanno sentire a casa, anche il direttore molto gentile nel chiedere come fosse andato il soggiorno al nostro checkout. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Ho fatto una Full Spa Experience comprensiva di ingresso alle piscine, lunch, e massaggio ad un prezzo di circa 140 euro e l'esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. Ero stata nella struttura diversi anni fa prima che si ingrandisse con la nuova ala da dove oggi si entra. A partire già dall'ingresso e dall'accoglienza l'esperienza si è già rivelata ben lontana da una Spa di livello. Nessuna premura e spiegazione riguardo all'organizzazione della struttura che è assai complessa e disarticolata, altamente sconsigliata per persone con difficoltà nei movimenti. Lo spogliatoio è indecente, piccolo e assai poco funzionale, con una sola doccia, le persone aspettano in coda nel corridoio per cambiarsi. Le piscine della nuova ala sono troppo calde, e non c'è alcuna indicazione nè avvertenza riguardo al percorso e alla mappa della Spa per cui si vendono i pacchetti. Il pranzo al ristorante è stato un pò scarso, ma soprattutto non è stato possibile aggiungere alcun extra perchè difficilmente è possibile pagare direttamente al ristorante come richiesto dato che se si va in piscina non si porta il portafoglio e che il ristorante si trova al 2° piano ben lontano dallo spogliatoio della Spa, e soprattutto nessuno ha dato in anticipo alcuna indicazione in merito. Il massaggio non è stato male e l'esperienza della piscina nell'ala originaria è stata meglio, ma assolutamente non ci tornerò e mi rincresce aver speso quei soldi.

Volevamo regalare una coccola..fatto e ricambiata . Location storica ...tanto...immense finestre soffitti affreschi...ma non vecchio : ti senti dentro una dimora storica Personale tutto ..gentile,professionale accogliente TUTTO da migliorare: Zona spogliatoio più ampi,più pratici troppo angusta Zona bagno turco: ci vogliono più docce libere per non dover aspettare e rientrare nel bagno più volte per il freddo, dato che sono solo 2 con trattamento e i tempi si allungano .si perde il fine del bagno Zona sauna; manca il ghiaccio fuori da poter portare dentro e inoltre la zona relax post non essendo controllata viene monopolizzata da chi arriva e sosta infinitamente Zona accoglienza ponente da bere bevande di scelta particolari...ma ci vorrebbe anche banalmente acqua o tisane più normali. Zona doccia in camera assolutamente migliorabile getto poca forza e soffione troppo piccolo Prezzi delle consumazioni al bar beh...direi ALTI Solo critiche costruttive...e a voi tutti GRAZIE

Ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato qui per due giorni, quindi una notte, per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, devo dire che l’hotel è molto curato, non ho trovato niente di sbagliato, anche il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile ad ogni domanda. Le terme però, nonostante siano molto rilassanti e quasi tutte le piscine dotate di idromassaggio, non mi hanno convinto in pieno, ho trovato molta sporcizia nelle zone interne dove sono disposte le vasche, addirittura uno scarafaggio enorme. quando l’ho fatto presente non sembrava nemmeno nuova come notizia…consiglierei una pulizia più adeguata per le vasche seppur comprendo che tenere pulita una struttura antica con delle vasche è complicato, anche per la presenza delle crepe.

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term "chilling" ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a "party" being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very "different" and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.
