I checked in on Sunday, August 8th 2021 and was assisted by Mary, General Mgr. My Son-In-law and his Wife was assigned room #216 and we were placed in room #210. When we entered the room there was a musty odor, the A/C was off and did not work. The refrigerator and microwave was unplugged from the electrical sockets. The carpet was filthy and the bed was not properly made up. I called and she assigned us to room #404 a studio room. My daughter and her husband along with there 4 yr old son had similar problems and she would not assigned them a clean room. We tried with her assistance to find another Hotel, but only could locate 1 room for 1 night. Need I say more.
