It was a short stay just to rest but we were disappointed that it took up to 10 minutes before the shower water was warm.

I have stayed at this location over the last 4 years. Never have I ever had to give $100 security deposit. I paid for my room through *******. They did not care and refused to give me the room I paid for which I couldn’t get a refund for through *******. People coming here for numerous activities at the Ford Event Center…..stay at another location. The staff is VERY rude and not accommodating AT ALL.

The gentleman at the front desk the evening of January 12 was very pleasant, friendly and professional

What a surprise! We loved this hotel! Nice gym!! Love it! Pool and hot tub were very clean! Our room was lovely! Will definitely plan to stay here when in Casper.

It was for a good price. Beds were comfy and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was quick and easy. It was easy to get to my room. The key to the outter door was tricky but i may have been super tired as well.

The place was very clean and the staff always was friendly, someone around if you needed help. Road construction going on made it little hard to get around the first time there.
