Overall, my stay did not exceed my hopes/expectations. I was actually shocked at some of the service I received for the amount of money paid. The environment itself was good and the condition of the hotel itself was excellent. Everything is up to date, but I was not thrilled with the cleanliness of the first room I was placed in and the second room I was moved into did not have working air and it was 90 degrees outside. The breakfast was decent and majority of the staff were friendly.

We had an awesome stay at hotel for a week, even though read some negative comments. Very modern, clean, quiet, staff was friendly, accommodating when changing the housekeeping day. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The only thing to improve is, the housekeeping staff had little English comprehension if needed extra towels/toiletries.

We were to stay here for UCF’s family weekend, but it was canceled due to Hurricane Ian’s destruction. By and far the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my years of travel. Even minor changes are denied, and requesting refunds, credits, or date changes due to natural disasters aren’t honored either. Having booked through a third party, we had to have them call the hotel. They were put on hold for over 20 min before the third party agent informed me that they’d have to email the GM and escalate it within ******* for further assistance. We chose this hotel because it’s a Marriott. I can assure you this one location does not merit the name if based on customer service alone.

Sink was not draining. Got new towels only if requested. On hotel app has option for daily cleaning and I check it, but at hotel has no daily cleaning available. Not worth the price I pay for this property.

Limpio y cómodo Desayuno muy limitado. A pesar de decir hasta las 9, a poco mas de las 8 la disposnibilidad de algunos alimentos era limitada.

The hotel is newer and in good condition but nothing fancy… very basic. The short hours for buffet breakfast (6:00 am - 9:00 am) in inconvenient and the food is more like a fast food than a true buffet. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay (using Covid as an excuse). With that said, if your looking for a basic, no frills hotel, this is a newer and clean hotel and convenient to Sanlando Park (about a 3 minute drive).

This is a quiet, comfortable suite. It's not a big space but it's comfortable with a bathroom, bed/sleeping area, sitting area, mcrowave, sink, and refrigerator, and a work table. Cozy and useful.

A good urban hotel. Clean and ample space in room. Good sized walk in shower. Big and comfortable bed. Breakfast ends at 9 am. It should go to at least 10 am. Breakfast heavy in the carbs, eggs were not served every day I stayed. I felt safe in the hotel. Noisy kids a couple nights during my stay. Not the hotel’s fault. Some basic restaurants in walking distance.
