Accoglienza favolosa, gentilezza e simpatia di tutti veramente superlativa! Ottima la cucina, materie prime di prima scelta cucinate con sapienza, ottime anche le stanze e tutta la struttura. Posto tranquillo e suggestivo con l'antica certosa dove il motto "Silentium" è più che mai rispettato

Se cercate un ambiente familiare, tranquillo, ma al tempo stesso elegante, raffinato e con tanta attenzione al cliente, questo hotel è quello che fa per voi. È l'ideale per una vacanza rilassante, tranquilla, in un posto silenzioso in mezzo alle montagne. La zona saune e spa merita davvero tanto, ideale per rigenerarsi. Il personale è molto gentile con grande attenzione per il cliente. La cucina è tradizionale, ma comunque ricercata. Molto comodi anche i collegamenti bus con il comprensorio sciistico. Consigliamo davvero tanto questo posto e speriamo di poterci tornare presto anche noi.

Ritorno al Golden Rose dopo le esperienze positive degli anni scorsi....ma da subito intuisco che qualcosa è cambiato...una sensazione nulla di grave ma l'attenzione ai particolari non è più la stessa... in una struttura come questa i dettagli sono importanti ..con grande piacere lascio invece invece un grande ringraziamento al Collega Sommelier Alex...la vera colonna portante del ristorante..grande competenza ..gentilezza..e quella cortesia che ti fa star bene malgrado gli incidenti di percorso della cucina e dei camerieri..una figura come questa è la fortuna di qualunque struttura ricettiva ...un assoluto valore aggiunto...ho scritto questa recensione non per spirito denigrativo ma per dare uno spunto su cui riflettere per tornare agli antichi fasti.

In qualità di turista di passaggio, ordinato oltre al bere una fetta di torta che mi veniva servita al tavolo. La torta chiamata "LINZEMTORTE" era un triangolino di 3 cm.x 5 cm alta forse 5mm con un po di marmellata sopra. Al momento di pagare, nonostante le mie lamentele al cameriere, veniva chiesto un compenso di €7 e che dalle lamentele avrebbe riferito alla direzzione. Da sconsigliare o prima di ordinare valutare cosa si ordina e quanto costa per evitare una fregatura

Im Zentrum vom ruhigen Karthaus gelegen. Ideal um die Gegend per Fuß zu erkunden. Perfekter Service und engagiertes und freundliches Personal. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit integrierter Sauna für 5 Nächte. Tolles Raumkonzept, super Ausstattung. Der Restaurant- und Barbereich und der Ausssenbereich mit den Whirlpools und Saunen sind geschmackvoll und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tischen serviert, was wir viel angenehmer und ruhiger als die Buffet-Variante empfanden. Es gab trotzdem alles, was man zum gemütlichen Frühstück braucht. Hervorzuheben ist das hilfsbereite, freundliche und engagierte Personal - hier ein dickes Lob! Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich bei der Fam. Grüner, bei Johanna und Christian u. Nils die unseren Aufenthalt zu einem superschönen Erlebnis machten,nochmals bedanken. V.Dank ebenfalls an das Team von der Küche. Hätten nach unseren Geschmack leicht einen Stern verdient. Die Speisengänge in Verbindung mit der Weinbegleitung waren absolut spitzenmässig. Wir werden noch lange von der Goldenen Rose in Karthaus schwärmen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Premetto che la mia recensione riguarda il solo ristorante. Accoglienza gentile e affettuosa, servizio impeccabile, cucina che merita una stella per la capacità dello chef di raccontare il territorio in modo creativo con piatti straordinariamente equilibrati e da effetto 'wow' al primo assaggio. Prezzi onestissimi. Da ripetere, chapeau!

Our stay at this hotel was the opposite of relaxing and peaceful. My husband and I were disturbed to find two men with professional cameras taking pictures immediately outside of our, and other guests’, bathroom and bedroom windows at 8 o’clock in the morning. These photographers, who we later discovered were working for the owners, were clearly visible through the net curtains provided by the hotel as the only screening to the Junior Suite’s floor-to-ceiling bathroom windows. The owners, the Grüners, failed to either recognise the gravity of the situation or deal with it in any meaningful or sincere way. We reluctantly remained at the hotel for the duration of our booking, but only because we were part of a larger party.

Grazie mille for the GREAT HOSPITALITY. Starting from the reception to the restaurant, all the staff was highly professional. Despite the quite formal way to serve me as a client, all the employees were empathetic and nice. Rooms are super cool and sauna as well! Food was AMAZING. Really. Sformatino di Melanzane was very tasty. For wine lovers, you can also have top wines and local choices. This cute resort is in the center of a small but super cool village founded by ancient monks. It’s great for a quick visit or longer hiking. Also, people from the town looked gentle! Looking forward to passing by again!
