The property was very well maintained and the staff was super friendly. The pool area and grills were very clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was raintree needs to update their rooms! We stayed here in September and was on the worldmark side. Their rooms were all updated. Raintree needs to do the same

We have stayed several times at Cimarron. Weather was a little chilly so we needed to use the furnace. The controls were ineffective. We complained and a technician came to review. All he did was pound on the controller for about 30:minutes. The furnace was totally irradic not heating 90% of the time and actually heating when the power was turned off. We needed to wear sweatshirts and coats to watch TV. Furnace controls need to be totally replaced. Bring warm clothes!

We needed a place to stay as we attended two hockey games at Acrisure Arena. We most likely will look to your property the next time we stay in the area. Thank you!

#1. No hot water at all. Turned on 3 sinks and the bath tub. Nothing but cold water only. #2. One of the bathroom sinks was also leaking. Water all over the floor and under the sink. Property manager should be calling you.

Buena ubicación y el personal muy accesible, todo muy limpio y seguro, solamente tuvimos problemas con las llaves para entrar a la propiedad y a nuestro cuarto por que se desactivaron las llaves, regresamos después de las 11:00pm y tuvimos que esperar que el guardia de seguridad nos auxiliara, ya que no hay personal para atención al cliente en el lobby después de las 11:00pm

Very comfortable stay. Quiet, clean, cozy. Enjoyed breakfast at the clubhouse. Would stay again.

Friendly staff. Property is clean and quiet, but very dated. Air conditioning was weak. Room was too warm.

This is a tired unit. The carpet was dirty and cabinet doors all scraped up. The walls are extremely thin and could hear all of the neighboring unit's conversations. Also, there was a double bed when I was under the impression it would be larger.
