果阿勝地杜那塞維亞諾富特酒店(Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort)

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Чистый отель Номера хорошие. Завтрак слабый на 4 из 5. Проблемe c wi-fi решили только через 3 дня в номере 65 первая линия, чистый песок, везде пальмы, 40-50 мин от аэропорта ехать Еда на берегу не свежая. Рыбу сушат, цены космические. Мало народа.

Хороший отель. Мы не были браслетниками all inclusive . И это лучший вариант так как в основном еда заточена на местных. Просто ты свободен в своем выборе. Территория прекрасная чистая ухоженная Видно работает большой профессионал. Уважением к этому человеку

Super indisches Hotel, keine Wünsche bleiben offen!!! V.a. die Managerin Gita ist eine sehr liebenswerte und kompetente Frau, die sich auch privat sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat. Sehr, sehr nett und einfach herzergreifend lieb! Auch alle Küchenmitarbeiter waren total klasse !!! Erwähnen möchte ich auch Vivish, der uns mit seinen Handtuchkreationen immer wieder begeistert hat, aber auch alle anderen Cleaningboys waren klasse!! Wir waren mal wieder die einzigen Europäer, und das war gut so! Absolut empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder!!!!!

This resort is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of foods. A volleyball court close to the beach would be fantastic. The beach shacks close to the resort is also brilliant.

One of the best resort in South Goa, Absolutely incredible,We ate solely at the buffet restaurant as the choice of food was wide ranging and full of wonderful flavours. We were cared by the attentive and friendly staff they immediately learned of our liking. All staff that we came across were helpful and charming, special thanks to chefs for such a nice food spread and taking care of all our needs. Chef Arun is awesome thanks again for such a hospitality he came out and spoke with us at length after a scrumptious meal. Will be back soon

Without a doubt one of the best experience I have had , amazing breakfast spread not only that Chef Pankaj,who is amazing person to interact and understand his passion towards the culinary as well guests food habits nevertheless Chef Raju and chef Ashish are also very helpful and came up with alternatives to my food requirements ..one must try their buffet varieties Which are really great culinary journey ……
