Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Чистый отель Номера хорошие. Завтрак слабый на 4 из 5. Проблемe c wi-fi решили только через 3 дня в номере 65 первая линия, чистый песок, везде пальмы, 40-50 мин от аэропорта ехать Еда на берегу не свежая. Рыбу сушат, цены космические. Мало народа.

Хороший отель. Мы не были браслетниками all inclusive . И это лучший вариант так как в основном еда заточена на местных. Просто ты свободен в своем выборе. Территория прекрасная чистая ухоженная Видно работает большой профессионал. Уважением к этому человеку

Super indisches Hotel, keine Wünsche bleiben offen!!! V.a. die Managerin Gita ist eine sehr liebenswerte und kompetente Frau, die sich auch privat sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat. Sehr, sehr nett und einfach herzergreifend lieb! Auch alle Küchenmitarbeiter waren total klasse !!! Erwähnen möchte ich auch Vivish, der uns mit seinen Handtuchkreationen immer wieder begeistert hat, aber auch alle anderen Cleaningboys waren klasse!! Wir waren mal wieder die einzigen Europäer, und das war gut so! Absolut empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder!!!!!

This resort is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of foods. A volleyball court close to the beach would be fantastic. The beach shacks close to the resort is also brilliant.

Great Rooms and Awsome hospitality at Novotel Dona Sylvia resort at South Goa.Housekeeping staffs were very well trained and helpful..Our stay was very comfortable due to their Supportive attitude. Would like to mention Mr Paul.Mr Joswin and housekeeping Supervisor Mr Ananta were great Staff and they are assets to the Organisation. FnB was also par excellence and Mr Dhananjay (Director of FnB)were also great support and very accommodating.Thanks and Cheers to the great winner team.

We stayed for 2 nights. Charles Correa’s old charm, with a large roof covering the Reception, Cafe and Bar on Mezzanine, overlooking the pool. The Villas are planned around courts, all the way down to the beach. The property is well maintained, good courteous staff, plenty of greenery and paths to walk, and one can see the Arabian Sea across the lawns. Limited dining options inside the property. A few outside, but the good ones ( Greco ) are inside the next door property - Radisson. In fact, one can walk within the property to access Radisson, as , surprisingly, there both properties seamlessly merge into one another. Last, the weekends are filled with either a loud fun festival ( loud enough to bother someone who has come in search of a bit of peace and quite ) + Corporate meetings and events ( with 100’s of company executives taking over the place ) , making it a bit of bother for a family quite holiday.

I was amazed to see how well the staff listens and converts the requests, instructions, whims and fancies to reality... Pari made our stay comfy with a quick early check in and by remembering minute details of all conversations we had.. Kartik at Seagull listened to all instructions regarding food orders. Flava, Minosha and Effy with their bright smile made the things look so effortless... Rakesh went an extra mile to serve me a mango as I simply wished to have one out of the blue... Exec Chef Abner would enquire if we were served well and Chef Somaya would prepare food specially with less oil... Just a mention of my upcoming birthday was enough for Pari to remember and organize a cake for the same. Back home with beautiful memories and a strong intent to visit the property again...

Unique place to visit । Novotel Dona Sylvia resort । If you are planning to visit Goa with family ,friends or Alone । This is the best place । Beach is near by 100 mtrs । Reception staff is very cooperative,in the front office I.e Reception... Ms Ruby gave us warm welcome.. she guided us very well। Very nice and lovely trained House keeping staff .. even General manager of the Resort interact with Guests । Big property of 181 Vila rooms .. different capacities । Lovely Breakfast , lunch dinner..= 2 swimming pools.. we enjoyed a lot । We will definately visit NOVOTEL DONA SYLVIA RESORT in future Thanks a lot to all RESORT STAFF .. LOVE U ALL

Good stay. The beach was private for the hotel…..breakfast was excellent…..swimming pool is big and very clean.Miss.Ruby attended us when checkin she is very kind and polite…overall we enjoyed our stay .check out was fast.All staffs are kind and room service was fast

Pros- Huge resort with direct beach access. Lovely lawns. 2 bars. Good food and drinks. Good wifi. Nice play area. Cons- smallish rooms. Many activities like tennis, steam, sauna etc. are paid. Difficult to find reasonable transport options.

The Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort, Goa is the most wonderful place I lived so far. We got Beutiful Sea view from our villa. The staff are welcoming and generous. Special thanks to Pari who arranged a beautiful decore for our 20th Anniversary. It made our special day more special.
