安提卡套房民宿(Casa Antika Suites)

Firstly, finding the apartment was really tricky. We didn't receive an email before arrival, got the rough location from google maps, then asked & no-one had heard of it. Please head to restoran Zino, there is an alleyway and Casa Antica is at the very top of the stairs. If you reach Dolium you have walked too far! The contact number provided on ******* and by the ******* help line, when we reported we could not check in - as we couldn't find it! - is wrong. There will not usually be anyone at the check in desk, they only come when you tell them your arrival time. But there is a phone number at the desk you can call. Parking: there is a barrier car park not too far away, which is 3€ p.h. however, casa antica will give you a paper which you show at the parking hut, and they will reduce this to 20€ per day (we stayed 6pm - 9am). The apartment was really lovely. Having had a drama to find it and check in, I wondered what I had booked: it was spotless, well equipped (coffee machine, kettle, 2 pan cooker hob, small sink, plates, pans etc and fridge), the bathroom was wonderful - 2 sinks, shower with towels and shampoos etc. Really comfy main bed, a good sofa bed and a balcony with sea view. I just wish we had been able to stay longer. There are a lot of steps up, so with a lot of luggage or any health issue it might not suit everyone. However, we had overnight bags and so it worked for us. Please just sort out the check in and give more precise location

Very unpleasant and disappointing stay at this location - the properly claims to have exceptional cleanliness measures but this is untrue. When we arrived the sofa bed was untidy and had a stained furnishing which the host claimed was nail varnish. When we communicated this issue they attempted to resolve this by just removing the stained area and pillow. They also then left a used hand towel on our sink to which we complained about again. The host then made us feel very intimated when she arrived to our room late at night to ask why we’d complained to ********** and that she didn’t understand the problem - it was then she realised I was with a pregnant friend. When trying to discuss these issues with the host I felt as though she skirted the issue and did not want to discuss them at all. Overall an unpleasant and disappointing stay for the amount you’re paying per night and also poor communication to resolve issues.

Fantastic looking property in a great location and beautifully restored in a respectfully, modern design. Communication with the host was excellent and transfer pick up from the airport. Definitely recommend to others and stay again for a future visit.
