Very nice place. the room was very nice. the hotel was clean in a great location with plenty of parking.

Only shear blind on window. Called the front desk and they did not offer to remedy the issue or seem to care.

room temperature was terrible and the corner suite was freezing cold. We were not allowed to adjust the temperature in our room. Pictures of the suite on Travelocity is not accurate. It showed room with king bed and room with 2 doubles; they only have suites with 1 king bed in each bedroom.

Nice property! Staff were very accommodating. Beds did not seem like Queens, more like Full/doubles.

Our TV did not work upon check in and despite our requests to have it looked at no one even came into the room during the day while we were out. Nice hotel but customer service was definitely lacking.

Excellent spot and comfortable. Addition of BBQ restaurant in building is a plus. Hailie at the front desk was awesome and helped me get somethings printed out for an important meeting. I'll be back.,

Once again, no free breakfast as ********** promises. I have pointed this out to the hotel and ********** and no one seems to care about the false advertising. Also, this is the 4th time at this hotel that the shower was hot but zero hot water comes from the sink so I AGAIN had to fill a wastebasket in the shower with hot water and dump it into the sink so that I could shave. Seriously!?!

Had a good stay, was welcomed after a week of bicycling. The adjacent restaurant was helpful.

Comp breakfast was good. Cook per order not hot line. Went for milk, not a good area and had to use a dollar general which was not a dollar. Area not redeveloped yet.
