Nice hotel. We had a room that had evidently had floor damage in the kitchen. Socks stuck to floor between sections, as if glue wasn’t dry. Room 2303

Marcella exceeded my expectations at check in. She's not the only one; the whole staff deserves a huge BRAVO❗My room included glass stovetop, big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker & garbage disposal;What❓garbage disposal ❓; decent view... God willing I'll be back next year.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel in a southern Denver suburb. Not only did we have a hot buffet breakfast every morning, but also free drinks and a light supper Mon-Wed evenings! Staff was friendly, our suite was huge and super-clean with an almost full kitchen and dishes. Elevator wasn't working for the first couple of days but that just meant more exercise for us!

You need to switch up breakfast items so it's not the same thing every single day. Add flavored yogurt, croissants, danishes, pancakes or French toast. The menu stated bacon was served but we never saw it for the entire week we were at your hotel. The evening reception needs more than meatballs and a ton of broccoli. How about a salad? Or Nachos?

Hospitality was genuine. Very polite with every interaction. Love having a swim in the warm pool on a cool night. And using grill for making dinner. The imenities alone were why we stay with you. Thank you for a nice clean room.

We enjoyed the room and the rest. The breakfast was disappointing. Some items were not available: oatmeal and juice. Some items were served initially, but not available because of the demand and not replenished quickly: bacon being the one that affected us. Also, when we booked with **********, we booked a King bed. When we checked in, we were told that the Kind beds were no longer available. We attempted to check in early and learned that early check-ins were not possible. Then, late that evening, when we were able to arrive for our stay, those beds were not an option. We don't know if that delay was the reason, but for whatever reason, we didn't get what we thought we'd been promised.

Great stay- room was very clean and comfortable. Nice seating area with full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked a king bed but was given a queen. When I called to ask why I was told that when booking from a third party company the room is not guaranteed. I paid for this room more than a month in advance and I specifically booked a king as I needed the space for my machine. Now I have a headache and a neck ache. I could have booked elsewhere if I knew first hand I would not get a king bed.

Nice room, clean, quiet, easy parking, comfy bed, nice relaxing pool and great breakfast. Enjoyed my 3 days at Staybridge in the Denver area.
