Room is cold, aircon is not strong enough to cover even the bed
Location is acceptable, short drive to the city center
The reception was unhelpful and very inflexible in accommodating requests to keep the same room for back to back bookings
Would check out other hotels in future

Have stayed here a couple of times but this time was disappointed when I arrived 30 minutes after check in and the room clean had not been completed.
Despite this inconvenience the room was up to the usual standard and the meal - via room service was delicious.

Decent hotel, clean, quiet, fridge, microwave, ok location. But...i arrived at 1:35pm to check if my room might be ready and it was the first time ever that the staff person didn't get my name and check if my room was ready yet; in this case the woman just said the cleaners are still cleaning (generally) and to come back in 20 minutes. I want too impressed with that level of service. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

The room and bathroom were a decent size and clean. The staff were friendly. However it was a very noisy location with traffic and thin wall to other rooms. We stayed there because the reviews of Ryan restaurant were good but it was not open the two nights we were there.

I did not like that they don’t do room service everyday and we need to tell in advance … someone need to tell before or check in .. I know it was in doc but if you checkout late then you can’t plan ..

King bed was lower one side than other. Room was nice and shower pressure was fantastic but could see mould growing in shower.
Upon arrival was told restaurant would not be open for dinner and would not be serving breakfast. Was disappointing as that was one of the reasons i chose this accommodation.
Overall the stall was ok but will not be looking at this option again.
