厄巴納套房(Urbana Inn & Suites)

The staff were helpful but not friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was annoyed or bothered. The room key stopped working multiple times and the lady who helped was abrasive about the situation. I received a lecture about not keeping my key in my pocket with my phone. I had never done that. The key just didn’t work. All she should have done was reset the key and let me go to bed. It was 1 AM.

Nice, large area in the back for trailer parking. Really nice breakfast area. Room was a comfortable size and clean.

We chose this location because it had a swimming pool. The swimming pool was 62 degrees. The electronics (TV, radio, lights etc.) had no USB plugs for charging. The vending machines only took $1 bills no cards and everything was several dollars. The breakfast was minimal.

Room was very clean and can tell they are working on updating the building and rooms. Enterance/lobby very clean! Staff were very friendly. Breakfast options were good for our family. Love the waffle iron.

When we walked into Urbana sweets and in could tell immediately that it was very clean and fresh smelling even at 7:00 at night. The hotel clerk was so friendly and accommodating he got us checked in quickly inefficiently and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes when we got to our room it also was wonderfully clean it smelled like heaven and we were not afraid to take our shoes off because even the carpet was clean! The only downside to our experience was that the bed was very hard and I'm not saying that that's a bad thing it's just not our preference we prefer a softer bed maybe if they had more padding on it it would have been more pleasant. However we slept well continental breakfast was always very well stocked with plenty to eat and very friendly staff and was just delightful every aspect about this hotel was delightful I will definitely book here again for my next visit and I will definitely tell my friends not only about ******* but about Urbana Suites and NN.

Was clean and staff was friendly, however beds were not comfortable in any way. Rooms didn't get cleaned while we were there we had to ask for trash bags and towels so we could try to keep up with it.

They gave us the North Woods suite which was a beautiful room. They staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a remotely located facility. Maintenance on many items has been deferred. i.e. parking lot. One of the toilet paper holder spindles was missing and therefore not filled when we got to our room. Also, only one bath towel was provided for the 2 of us to use. The room entry area where suitcase was to be set and where clothes were to be hung was not lighted which made if very difficult to see into the suitcase. The lighting at the mirror above the sink was too dim to be able to shave. Breakfast was sparse. Only served cold cereal, packaged bengals, toast, a banana, an apple or a DYI waffle. All of this served on paper plates or cups.

Hotel was very affordable. Carpet in the room was very stained..it is a pet friendly hotel thou so probably the reason the carpet needs a good cleaning.
