山林港口温泉度假村(Mountain Harbor Resort and Spa)

My wife and I spent the day and toured multiple marinas situated on beautiful Lake Ouachita which is located just outside Hot Springs, Arkansas. We love the lake and our goal for this visit was was to locate a potential docking/storage site for our pontoon boat. We live approximately 3.5 hours south of the lake and would like the convenience of not having to tow the boat on each trip to the lake. Mountain Harbor Resort was our last visit for the day and as we quickly discovered it is a huge facility. It offers a lodge with a fantastic restaurant, single rooms, cabanas, cabins of various sizes, RV sites, a marina with a well stocked store, gas dock, covered boat slips, houseboat rentals, boat and jet ski rentals and I’m sure that I have missed something! We spoke with the Harbor Master, Lodge manager and numerous other staff members and were blown away by all of the friendly and helpful hospitality. So much so that we booked a room for the night in C11 and headed immediately to the restaurant for dinner!!! As I said earlier, Mountain Harbor is not new but rather a well established family business with a laser focus on hospitality and top notch customer services while maintaining its rustic charm. We hope to enjoy many more stays. Thanks to the entire staff for making us feel “right at home”….

This place is the absolute best ever! My husband and I went for a quick getaway. Our room was clean the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on sight with great food and great service. Full Service Marina and a Spa! . The lake is beautiful and clean! But Yall the people that work here are the nicest people they really care about you. They call and text to make sure everything is ok with your room and if you need anything. We rented a boat and relaxed! They have breakfast and dinner good food readonably priced.

Wonderful accommodations, the staff is super helpful and courteous. Lake Ouachita is beautiful so get out on the water! A full service restaurant and marina are all you need for a great weekend or extended vacation.

We were very pleased with our recent stay in Harbor North’s C21 lakeside cottage at Mountain Harbor Resort. The layout of the bedrooms and baths were perfect for an extended family getaway. Everyone had their own “space” to escape to after a long day on the lake. We were able to dock our boat just a very short walk from the cabin which made coming and going so convenient throughout the day. What really impressed us was the courtesy call we received each morning to be sure all our needs were being met. When a need did arise, the response was immediate. I don’t recall ever having received such a high level of customer service anywhere we’ve stayed!

The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. The blackout curtains did a good job of keeping out the road noise and morning light. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The only thing lacking was a bathroom fan. It got steamy in there after taking a shower. There is a window in the bathroom but if you open it bugs come in There’s a picnic area out back and a creek that runs behind it. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time I’m in the area

Beautiful resort, loved our cottage, perfect place for our family. The view was beautiful. The rocking chairs on the deck were so relaxing. The amenities were spot on. We will be back and bringing more with us!

BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT SO KIND AND HELPFUL. RESTAURANT HAS EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT VIEW OF LAKE OUACHITA. I ALMOST HAD TO CANCEL BUT THEY WERE SO UNDERSTANDING AND WE WORKED IT OUT.

Had a really good relaxing time, it was a cooler weekend, very quiet and not much goin on but that was our hopes! We are at the lodge, overall was good, fried pickles were overcooked, but it happens..

When planning our first trip to Lake Ouachita, at minimum we wanted to stay somewhere that offered both a view of the lake, as well as an onsite restaurant. We ended up booking one of the 2-bedroom cottages and was not disappointed. Our cottage was very clean, and it was equipped with a washer and dryer, had lots of space, and a hot tub on the back patio overlooking the water. The King Mattress has seen better days but was still more comfortable than some high-end hotels we've stayed at in New Orleans and Houston. The Restaurtant felt like a step back in time, but that actually wasn't a bad thing. I'm not sure if I've had a better breakfast at any other resort or hotel. Wife has a gluten allergy, and they were very accommodating for both breakfast and dinner. The folks you speak to on the phone when booking, are the same people you meet in person at the facility, and they were incredibly nice. The resort if very close to a long hiking trail that is assessable from the main road leading to the resort. You are only 35-40 minutes to Hot Springs, so we spent a day at Oak Lawn Racetrack which was great experience. Did a lot of research before going and booked a Bass Fishing Trip with Dulan Hays, who is one of the guides on the lake and also a Professional on the MLF Pro Circuit. That trip was awesome! Also rented a party barge and spent another day on the water. Can't express how beautiful Lake Ouachita is, you just have to see it.... Overall, just a great place to stay.
