Check-in price was higher than what I booked through *******. They would not honor my reservation for 3 nights at the ******* rate. I had to pay the higher price. No other hotels in the area so I was stuck. Assistant manager would not do anything about the matter. Terrible experience with hotel and *******.

Nicely renovated and well-kept property. Pretty quiet overall. This was important to me as I was attending a family funeral. This property was perfect for my stay in St. Thomas. One thing I didn't like was the lack of the lack of a safe in the room.

Well maintained property. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Reasonable rates and fairly conveniently located. Sightseeing and shopping are near but not within walking distance.

This hotel looks like it's brand new! The rooms are a great size, and it is very clean and well taken care of. We will be back!

the room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in, there was chocolate and dirty socks left underneath the bed. the lady at the reception on saturday june 15th was very rude and impatient and not just to me but to other customers as well

Nicely renovated and kept very clean. No elevator for the second floor, which was fine but something to be aware of.

Offers a hot breakfast bar, staff were available for help 24/7 and were friendly. Scenic courtyard.

This is nice simple clean place to stay in St Thomas. Friendly staff and a decent hot breakfast. We’ll keep coming back

Great room and free breakfast! Very clean and room has been updated. Bathroom, TV, TV console all very nicely updated. Office chair is excellent. Older building, no elevator to second floor. All ground level rooms have an interior door and a patio door that exits to the parking lot. The property includes a gazebo and barbeque area in the back with a nicely mowned green space. Works if you need a hotel in this location. Near St. Thomas airport.
