At check-in I was informed that due to construction there was no breakfast being served. When got to my room there was no soap shampoo or lotion which is usually at every hotel. We tried to turn on the tv but the remote didn’t work we went back to the front desk and got a second remote, tried it and it also didn’t work. We returned that remote and got a 3rd and finally that one worked. The bed mattress was terrible. We paid close to $200 after taxes . So disappointed.

Mattresses made noise when you set an on them. Air-conditioning are made enough noise. I could hear it through earplugs. The hot water was just warm. Don’t know if that’s because you’re trying to be ego friendly or just afraid of a minor lawsuit. Had all the way and hot and it was Celsius warm.

the beds need to be changed. they were hard and were extremely loud with any little motion. imagine being in a sleeping room with 3 kids under 10. it was terribly difficult to get comfortable, which ultimately impacted our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, but made a lot of noise every time you rolled over. It sounded like it was wrapped in plastic, or something. It was in a convention location. They offered a free breakfast, but we walked across the street to “Hash” and had a wonderful breakfast and a HUGE cinnamon roll! It is also nearby “Fiddlers” coffee which is top notch.

Very clean and quiet, even tho they were nearly booked for baseball tournament in town. Friendly front desk staff and decent continental breakfast as well. Definitely a good value.

It was good for a quick stop on sports night. It’s affordable when you just need a safe clean place to stay. The staff is nice and they allowed us to do late check out on a long tournament weekend

The bed was not comfortable and was very noisy/creaky. Every time wither one of us moved in the bed there was it made noise and it was very disruptive for our sleep. The pillow were also very small.
