Next time in Penn State for football game will stay elsewhere. The overpriced room should be investigated by local authorities for price gouging, as simple things were not available. Anyone can sell an overpriced room, the little things make you come back, not me.

Horrible stay, didn’t get room cleaned the day after our first night The next day when we arrived in room at night our beds were not professionally made, sheets weren’t changed and bed spread was only pulled up to cover bed and were not tucked in around them and pillows were the same as we left it in the morning Bathroom tub got filled up with water while showering shampoo conditioner and soap were not replaced with new ones toilet paper was not put in place it was just left on the sink counter. Blow dryer didn’t work and the door lock didn’t lock unless we punched in the lock to close it Would not recommend this place at all. Horrible experience and will never step foot in it again. With all that it was pricey too

Bad experience. Hair in the bathtub. Sink that overflows. Hot tub was closed. Unhelpful staff. Would not go back.

Well there was no soap in shower. Vending machine wasn't working. Also hotel charged me $25 and i have no idea why. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Penn Stater is a big hotel with a restaurant, bar and gift shop. Room was big and surrounded by trees, which is so pretty to look out at. Definitely will go back!

Nice amenities but very disappointed when I asked for an extra blanket and comforter for my son and it never came.

did online pre-check in but still had to wait in line 10 minutes to get room key card. mini fridge in room made jarring electrical noise so had to unplug it.

I expected housekeeping to make the bed and remove the dirty hotel glasses that were use. The only thing the did was switched towels and emptied bathroom trash.

Great stay at the Penn Stater. I always can rely on the staff to provide the necessary comforts away from home. I have been coming here ever since my first night during NSO.
